Privileged Offers for Dah Sing Credit Cardholders

General Terms and Conditions：

1. The Offers only apply to customers holding Principal Card or Supplementary Card of the credit card or Co-brand card ("Eligible Card") issued by Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("Dah Sing Bank") ("Eligible Cardholder"). Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Gift Card, Private Label Card and Balance Transfer Account are not eligible.
2. Eligible Cardholders must settle payment with an Eligible Card in order to be eligible for the Offers.
3. The Offers are only available at the outlets of Travel Expert Limited and Premium Holidays Limited in Hong Kong, website (www.texpert.com/en/index.aspx) and/or on mobile app. In order to be eligible for the Offers, the Eligible Cardholder must enter a designated coupon code when making payment via Travel Expert's website or mobile app. Dah Sing Bank or Travel Expert shall not be liable if the Eligible Cardholder fails to enter the designated coupon code and is unable to enjoy the Offers.
4. The Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts. The Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, discount cards, VIP cards, cash vouchers and gift vouchers (unless otherwise specified).
5. The Offers shall be terminated immediately in the event that Travel Expert ceases business.
6. All photos, product prices and product information that relate to the Offers are provided by Travel Expert and are for reference purposes only. The Offers are governed by the relevant terms and conditions issued by Travel Expert. For details, please contact Travel Expert.
7. Dah Sing Bank is not the supplier of any products/services offered to Cardholders and shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the quality and availability of products/services. Dah Sing Bank makes no representation or guarantee in respect of such products/services supplied under the Offers. Any enquiries, comments or complaints about such products/services should be directed to Travel Expert.
8. The Offers are subject to availability. The price and Offers terms may be changed from time to time. Dah Sing Bank and Travel Expert reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel or amend the Offers at any time without prior notice. For details, please contact Travel Expert. Should any disputes arise, the decision of Dah Sing Bank and Travel Expert shall be final.
9. These Terms and Conditions shall form part of any applicable agreements governing the use of Eligible Cards and shall be construed accordingly. In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions and such agreements, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
10. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the Offers are awarded, Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount from the Eligible Cardholders' credit card account without prior notice.
11. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Regarding the online booking Offers on Travel Expert Limited:

1. The Promotion Period is from 1 June 2019 to 31 July 2019 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. The Offers are on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts and subject to availability without prior notice.
3. Regarding the Offers at outlets of Travel Expert Limited and Premium Holidays Limited:

i. "Up to HK$1,300 Discount on Selected Packages" can be used in conjunction with "HK$200 Instant Discount".

ii. All package, tour and cruise offers are based on a single adult sharing a twin room basis. Any tax, airport construction fee, fuel surcharge, single room supplementary charge, stay behind fee, handling fee, insurance charge, visa charge, service charge and administrative charge, etc are not applicable.

iii. All packages, tours and cruises are subject to the final confirmation of participants and seat availability. All prices, offers details and departure date are being bound by the relevant terms and conditions set out by Travel Expert at the time of booking. For details, please contact Travel Expert directly. Travel Expert reserves the right to collect peak season surcharges and other additional charges. Booking cannot be changed or cancelled upon confirmation.

iv. For details of packages, tours and cruises, please contact the outlet staff of Travel Expert.

4. Regarding Offers on Travel Expert Limited’s website and mobile app:

i. Cardholder is required to visit designated Travel Expert webpage (www.texpert.com/en/coupon.aspx) to redeem coupon code(s) in order to enjoy Offers.

ii. Only one coupon code per booking can be used.

iii. The usage of coupon code is bound by other terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the website of Travel Expert.

iv. For cancellation or change of schedule, Cardholder has to arrange directly with the staff of Travel Expert by calling at 2152 3599 and is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant hotels. Cardholder is required to pay for a HK$380 handling fee.

v. Japan Rail Pass ("JR Pass") discount offer is not applicable to physical ticket.

vi. JR Pass must be redeemed locally within 3 months from the issue date, otherwise it will become invalid. Other relevant terms and conditions apply.
