How to use:

You are required to present the printed or electronic confirmation letter on the day of redemption at the redemption counter.
Please show your credit card (VISA/MASTER) or pay HK$1000 cash when you pick up the pocket WiFi for the deposit.
Please return the device on/ before the return day at the redemption counter

Precautions:

The date you selected must be the date you picked up the WiFi and the first date of rental period

The Last Return Time: Before 06:00am on the next day of arrival date (If the Wifi Egg can return before 6 am that day, the rental end date can be counted 1 day earlier)

The Pocket WiFi can be use consecutively for 6 to 10 hours.
If huge amount of data usage is detected in a short period, the provider will adjust the data speed or shut down the service. Therefore, we strongly advice you to turn off auto updates of your device and avoid watching huge amount of videos.
If any parts of the device is lost or damaged, the service provider will directly charge the customer for the lost.
If over the last return time, the service provider will charge as the list price HK$26/day.
