Precautions:

• Children aged 0-5 can ride the Ferris wheel for free
• Guests aged above 6 are required to purchase a ticket.
• The boarding area for the Ferris wheel is on the 7th floor of HEP FIVE
• Each gondola can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children
• Please note that the gondola is not wheelchair or stroller accessible
• You may have your photos take inside the gondola for JPY500 (2 photos). You may receive your photos and pay directly at the location
• Validity: valid for 60 days (start from the date of order)
