Confirmation:

• After successful booking, the voucher will be sent to your email address within 48 hours for confirmation.

Precautions:

• Free of charge: aged under 3 and aged above 60
• Children aged under 11 must be accompanied by an adult
• No outside food or beverages permitted
• Wearing socks is compulsory inside the park 
• Electronic safety lockers are available for rent

How to use:

• You are required to present either a printed or an electronic voucher in order to redeem ticket at the ticket office.
• Opening hours: 10:00 – 22:00
• From Friday to Sunday, public holidays / school holidays or peak days, 13:00 – 14:00 and 17:00 – 18:00 will be temporarily closed. However, the tickets are valid from time of entry until 22:00
