Terms and Conditions:

1.The participation in the Offer will constitute the acceptance and agreement to all terms and conditions set out herein by the Eligible Person (as defined below).

2.The Offer is available from now to 30 June, 2022 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

3.The Offer is only available to persons who satisfy all the following criteria: (i) aged 18 or above and (ii) physically located in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (collectively, the “Eligible Person(s)”). Each Eligible Person can only register for the Offer once using the prescribed registration form (“Registration Form”).

4.During the Promotion Period, each Eligible Person can fill in the required personal information on the Offer registration website of Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited ("Generali Hong Kong"). For the first 500 Eligible Person who complete the saving need analysis face to face with Generali Hong Kong insurance advisor will obtain a HK$100 Travel Expert Online Limited ("Travel Expert") coupon code (“Coupon Code”), limited while stock last. Each participant can only participate in the saving needs survey once in the past 12 months, counting from the launch of this event. The information gathered during the survey will be used by Generali Hong Kong for the customer’s saving need analysis.

5.If an Eligible Person successfully submitted an application for Generali Hong Kong’s “LionTycoon Beyond” on or before 30th June 2022 and with successful policy issuance on or before 31 August 2022, Eligible Person will be entitled to (i) up to HK$3,888 Travel Expert coupon code (Limited 50 quota) and (ii) up to 25% of 1st Policy Year’s premium refund.

(i)Limited 50 quota, limited quotas available while stocks last according to the application date. Eligible Person will receive the Travel Expert coupon within 30 days upon the completion of cooling-off period.

(ii)Premium refund amount for “LionTycoon Beyond” will only be deposited into the policy(s) in the 2nd Policy Year after the premium(s) of the 1st Policy Year are fully paid and the policy(s) is still in force. The premium refund amount will only be used for part of the premium(s) and levy(ies) settlement in the 2nd Policy Year, withdrawal of the premium refund is not allowed. The premium refund amount is equal to the Annualized Premium multiplied by the designated percentage of premium refund. Annualized Premium refers to the premium(s) due and paid within the 1st Policy Year, excluding substandard premiums, loading premiums, levy(ies) and Supplementary Benefit’s premium. If the Eligible Person purchase “LionTycoon Beyond” with first year premium is HK$50,000 – HK99,999 (Policy currency will be in USD), Eligible Person will be entitled to the offer as below:

6.No minimum spending with Travel Expert is required when using the Coupon Code. If the coupon code value exceeds the total checkout amount, Travel Expert will not refund the balance.

7.The Coupon Code must be redeemed by the Eligible Person on or before 31 December 2022 21:59. All unused Coupon Codes will be void after 31 December 2022 21:59.

8.Each Coupon Code can be used once only. The Coupon Code can be used either in the Travel Expert website (i.e. Texpert.com) or its retail shops (i.e. Travel Expert retail shop, Premium Holidays retail shops or Cruise Expert retail shops). Travel Expert reserves the right to accept or reject the coupon.

9.Important notes for redeeming the Coupon Code via Texpert.com

(i)To enjoy the discount, Eligible Person is required to input the Coupon Code during the transaction page in Texpert.com to purchase Travel Expert’s Designated Hotel Page Products and local tours products (excluding the excluded products or activities as announced by Travel Expert from time to time). (ii)The Coupon Code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

(iii)Coupon Code must be entered by the Eligible Person before checkout to enjoy HK$100 discount.

(iv)If the Coupon Code is not entered during the booking process, no deduction, refund or changes can be claimed after the transaction is completed.

10.Important notes for redeeming Coupon Code in Travel Expert, Premium Holidays or Cruise Expert retail shops

(i)Eligible Person must present the relevant Coupon Code to the retail shops’ travel consultants before the payment.

(ii)The Coupon Code is applicable to all travel-related products in the shop. Each Eligible Person who successfully registered and presented the Coupon Code can enjoy a discount of HK$100 (excluding those excluded products or activities announced by Travel Expert, Premium Holidays and Cruise Expert from time to time. (iii)If the Coupon Code is not present during the booking process, no deduction, refund or changes can be claimed after the transaction is completed.

11.By submitting the Registration Form to Generali Hong Kong, it represents that I read and agree with the terms and condition of this Offer, Privacy Policy Statement and Personal Information Collection Statement.
