2025 Osaka Expo Theme: "Brilliance of Life Blueprint"

In November 2018, after two rounds of anonymous voting at the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), Osaka, Japan, was officially chosen as the host city for the 2025 World Expo. This marks Osaka’s second time hosting the World Expo, following the event in 1970. As the former host 20 years ago, the 2025 Expo is themed "Designing a Future Society for Our Lives" (いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン). The Expo will serve as a "Future Life Laboratory," leveraging cutting-edge global technologies to address societal challenges, aiming to achieve the goals of saving lives, empowering lives, and connecting lives sustainably.

※ This ticket does not grant direct entry. Visitors must register as members on the official Expo website, register their tickets, and reserve their visit date, time, and pavilions.

※ Please note that pavilion activity reservations for the Summer Pass are limited to two per day.

※ The Summer Pass allows entry daily after 11:00 AM during the period from July 19, 2025, to August 31, 2025.

[Instructions for Use]

Step 1. After purchase, you will receive a PDF file and a ticket ID (a 10-character alphanumeric code) via email.

Step 2. Register as a member on the official ticketing website and link your purchased ticket ID (10-character alphanumeric code).

Step 3. Reserve your visit date, time, and pavilion, and receive a QR code.

• Reservations can be made up to six months before your planned visit date (maximum of two reservations at a time). After completing one visit, you can reserve the next (third) visit date and time, and so on.
• Pavilion reservations are limited to two per day.

Step 4. Present the QR code on your reserved visit date for entry.

• Once the reservation is complete, changes or cancellations will not be allowed.

1. Summer Pass holders can enter daily after 11:00 AM during the period July 19, 2025 – August 31, 2025.
2. Pavilion activity reservations for Summer Pass holders are limited to two per day.
   • Reservations can be made up to six months before the planned visit date (maximum of two reservations at a time). After completing one visit, you can reserve the next (third) visit date and time, and so on.
3. Visit dates and times can be changed up to three times, but only within the validity period specified for each ticket type.
4. Tickets cannot be changed or canceled after purchase.
