Important Notes

• Departure dates: 2025.03.31 (Monday), 04.03 (Thursday), 04.06 (Sunday), 04.09 (Wednesday). The cherry blossom dates are based on forecasts (using data from previous years). If the actual bloom dates differ, departure dates may be adjusted accordingly.

Meeting Instructions

• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be waited for or refunded.
• We will contact customers or provide updates via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email. Please ensure your contact information is correct.
• If using Line/WeChat, make sure to enable friend invitations and allow messages from strangers. Ensure your ID is accurate. Failure to maintain contact due to these settings will not be our responsibility, and no refunds will be provided.

Pricing Details

• Tour fees include local driver and guide tips, admission tickets, lunch, and round-trip transportation fees.
• The minimum group size is 8 people. If the minimum is not met and a private tour is preferred, additional fees will apply.
• Children aged 3 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months are free (free children are not provided meals, seats, or admission tickets).

Travel Information

• The tour will proceed as scheduled in light rain. In case of natural disasters preventing departure, free rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.
• Cherry blossom blooms are subject to weather conditions. The departure date is set for optimal viewing, but no refunds or compensation will be issued if the blossoms are less than ideal on the day of the tour.
• Itineraries may be adjusted due to local circumstances. We are not responsible for refunds if sites are temporarily closed for safety inspections.
• Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or fatalities caused by unforeseen events or force majeure.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of booking. Please check your inbox promptly.
• If the minimum group size is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 5 days before the departure date.
