One-Day Tour of Flower Viewing in Kanto, Japan (Tokyo)

Comfortable bus will take you to the Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki, where you can admire the world’s top ten romantic flower fields, including the Hill of Nemophila (Blue Butterfly Flower). After enjoying the vast blue sea of Nemophila, you’ll proceed to Ashikaga Flower Park in Tochigi to see the wisteria flowers and leisurely stroll through the romantic white wisteria flower tunnel!

Itinerary:

07:15 AM - Meet in front of the Shinjuku West Exit Center Building

09:40 AM - [Ibaraki] Hitachi Seaside Park (approximately 150 minutes)

14:30 PM - [Tochigi] Ashikaga Flower Park (approximately 90 minutes)

Limited to April-May | Highway Hanyu PA (approximately 20 minutes)

18:10 PM - Arrive back in Shinjuku and disband

Booking Terms and Conditions

• A minimum of 20 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the number of participants does not meet this minimum, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent 4 days before the departure date.
• If traveling with infants aged 0-2, please indicate during booking. Free participation for infants will be arranged.
• The lunch menu may change depending on the restaurant's ingredient availability.
• The guide’s language will primarily be in Japanese. Language support services will be provided via "video translation" or "translator devices."
• The schedule may be adjusted due to weather, traffic conditions, or other factors. Your understanding is appreciated.
• Once the booking is confirmed, changes to the date are not allowed. Any incurred losses will be borne by the customer.
• Please provide complete information when making a reservation to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.
• Please keep your passport and valuables with you and ensure their safekeeping. If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be responsible for the consequences.
• Elderly individuals, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions, or pregnant women are advised to travel with a companion.
• Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip.
• This is a fixed itinerary for shared travel. All participants must follow the scheduled stop times and comply with the guide’s instructions.
• If you miss the tour or cancel due to personal reasons, no refunds will be provided. Please be aware of this.
• If you leave the group mid-tour, it will be treated as an invalid transaction, and no refunds will be provided. Any risks to personal or property safety will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
• Due to traffic, weather, festivals, or crowds, the arrival times for each part of the tour may change. If delays or cancellations occur due to these or other force majeure factors, no refunds will be given.
• Please comply with local laws in Japan and do not carry prohibited items, as this may affect your legal rights.
• During free time, you are responsible for your personal safety and belongings. If an accident occurs due to ignoring advice, you will be responsible for the consequences.
• In cases of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operation times of attractions or shows, or even cancel some activities without prior notice.
• The condition of the flowers is primarily affected by the weather. If the flowers are not at their peak viewing period, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Customers who are concerned about this should carefully consider their booking.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires two confirmations. After successfully booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, an email notification will be sent 4 days before departure.
• If you do not receive the email within the specified timeframe, please contact our travel advisor via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

Refund and Amendment Policy

• Once the tickets are issued, no changes, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are allowed for any unused services.
• The success of your booking is not related to the time of booking. If the selected date is sold out, a full refund will be issued.
• Please be aware that once the ticket is issued, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. We do not accept any responsibility.
