Take a tour of the cherry blossom spots in the Tokyo suburbs (Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi) and enjoy the beautiful views of cherry blossoms and canola flowers. Visit the Taiheizan Cherry Blossom Tunnel, where cherry blossoms bloom on both sides, and the Gonendou Sakura Promenade, where you can witness the stunning spring scenery created by the blend of canola flowers and Somei Yoshino cherry blossoms.

[Tochigi] Taiheizan (Approx. 60 minutes)

A renowned cherry blossom viewing spot, one of Japan’s top 100 cherry blossom sites. Taiheizan is located to the west of Tochigi city, with around 4,000 cherry trees blooming across the mountain. The 2-kilometer-long cherry blossom tunnel along the northern side of the mountain offers a dreamy view of pink cherry blossoms when fully bloomed.

[Ibaraki] Koga Kubou Park (Approx. 60 minutes)

Located in Koga City, Ibaraki, Koga Kubou Park is home to nearly 1,500 peach trees of around 5 different varieties, offering a breathtaking view of the pink and red blossoms.

[Lunch] Enjoy All-You-Can-Eat Japanese BBQ.

[Saitama] Gonendou Sakura Promenade (Approx. 90 minutes)

One of the most famous cherry blossom spots in the Kanto region. The promenade stretches for about 1 kilometer, with approximately 1,000 Somei Yoshino cherry trees creating a beautiful cherry blossom tunnel. The blooming cherry blossoms contrast beautifully with the surrounding canola flower fields, creating a stunning spring landscape.

Lunch will be an all-you-can-eat Japanese BBQ. If you require a vegetarian meal due to allergies or religious reasons, or if you choose not to have lunch (please note that no refunds will be provided in these cases), you may select vegetable dishes from the menu. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide additional vegetarian meals. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• A minimum of 20 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the number of participants does not meet this minimum, the tour will be canceled, and an email notification will be sent 7 days before the departure date.
• In case of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether the tour will be canceled will be made one day before departure (local time 18:00), and notifications will be sent by email.
• The cost for children aged 3-5 years includes only the bus seat. Please be aware.
• For infants traveling: Children under 3 years old can travel for free. Only one infant under 3 years old per adult is allowed without occupying a seat. Meals and admission tickets to attractions are not provided for infants. If a seat is required, a child fare will be charged. Please take note. If traveling with an infant under 3, please mention it in the remarks section.
• The flower viewing period may be slightly affected by weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, the departure will proceed as scheduled, regardless of the cherry blossom status.
• Vehicle type: The bus will be assigned based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, the driver will also act as the tour guide. No additional guide will be assigned. Please note.
• Lunch will be a Japanese BBQ all-you-can-eat. If you need a vegetarian meal due to allergies or religious reasons, or if you do not require a meal (no refunds for this), please order vegetable dishes from the menu. We are unable to provide a separate vegetarian meal. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to limited luggage storage space, if you wish to bring a large suitcase, please inform us in the remarks section. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure to avoid delays. The bus will depart on time, and if you are late, no refund will be provided, nor can you join the tour midway. Please be aware.
• Children under 5 years old are not included in the meal.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the tour.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point. The bus will depart on time. Late arrivals will be considered as a "no-show" and no refund will be provided. You will also not be allowed to join the tour halfway. Please be aware.
• Please confirm the tour number on-site and gather at the LOVE sculpture in front of Shinjuku i-Land Tower.
• Due to unforeseen factors such as traffic and weather, there may be changes to the itinerary or cancellations of attractions. Your understanding is appreciated.
• This tour offers guides in Chinese or Japanese only. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this in the remarks section when booking. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability. Without a remark, the default guide language will be Chinese.
• Due to traffic or other factors on the day of the tour, the time spent at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be delayed. Please be aware.
• The estimated arrival time is subject to traffic conditions. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• In case of heavy traffic or if the best cherry blossom viewing period has passed, the visit to the Tai Ping Mountain Cherry Blossom Tunnel may be changed to a drive-by observation.
• The flower viewing period may vary depending on weather conditions. The tour will proceed as scheduled, regardless of the cherry blossom status after the group is confirmed. Please be aware.
• Vehicle type: The bus will be assigned based on the number of participants. For larger groups, a driver and accompanying staff will be assigned to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. After arriving at each attraction, tourists may visit freely.
• Children aged 3-5 years only pay for the bus seat. Please take note.
• Infants under 3 years old can travel for free. One adult can only bring one infant under 3 who does not occupy a seat. No meals or tickets to attractions will be provided. If a seat is required, the child fare will be charged. Please note. Please indicate if traveling with an infant under 3 years old in the remarks section.
• Lunch will be Japanese BBQ all-you-can-eat. For those with allergies or religious reasons needing a vegetarian meal, or if not requiring a meal (no refunds for this), please select vegetable dishes from the menu. We cannot provide separate vegetarian meals. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to limited luggage space, if you wish to bring a large suitcase, please inform us in the remarks section. Your cooperation is appreciated.
• If the tour is canceled or ended due to weather conditions or natural disasters, a refund will be processed based on the actual costs incurred for the unfulfilled portion of the itinerary. However, return transportation or any additional costs such as local accommodation will be borne by the traveler.
• Travelers under 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
• During the experience, seating on the bus and in restaurants may be shared with other participants, depending on the arrangements made by the tour leader and facilities on the day.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires two confirmations. After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, an email notification will be sent 7 days before departure.
• If you do not receive the email within the specified time, please contact our travel advisor via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

Refund and Amendment Policy

• Once the tickets are issued, no changes, refunds, cancellations, or transfers are allowed for any unused services.
• Whether your booking is successful or not is not related to the time of booking. If the selected date is sold out, a full refund will be issued.
• Please be aware that once the ticket is issued, it is non-refundable and non-changeable. We do not bear any responsibility.
