One-Day Tour of Baili Azalea Scenic Area in Guizhou

At 6:40 AM (this is the exact meeting time, as the one-day tour schedule is tight, guests must arrive 10 minutes early), gather at the Yan’an West Road Old Bus Station to board the bus. We will travel via the Gui-Bi Expressway to the Baili Azalea Scenic Area, also known as the “Natural Flower Garden of Qianxi and Dafang” and praised as the most stunning azalea sea in the world (excludes shuttle bus fee of ¥70/person). Known as the “Earth’s Ribbon, World’s Garden, Wellness Paradise, and Summer Resort,” this area is widely celebrated as the “Kingdom of Azaleas.”

Upon arrival, explore the Jinpo Azalea Scenic Area, renowned for its beauty with the saying “Walk through the Azalea Mountains, Jinpo’s wonders abound.” In March and April, visitors can admire the breathtaking sight of blooming flowers, with countless azaleas competing in beauty, forming a mesmerizing landscape. The vibrant scene of “layers of peaks, buried treasures beneath, azaleas like an ocean, and fragrant mountains” unfolds before your eyes, leaving visitors enchanted. Key attractions along the way include Baihua Ping, Longchang Jiu Yi, Huamei Ridge, and Ma Ying Lin.

After lunch, proceed to the Pudi Scenic Area, passing by the Ethnic Activity Plaza, Shuhua Peak (the highest point of Pudi Scenic Area), Zui Jiuniu (Pudi’s most legendary attraction), the Grand Miao Village, Five-Color Road, and more. Tourists can freely roam in a sea of flowers, take photos, and enjoy ethnic singing and dancing. After the tour, return to Guiyang by bus, concluding the delightful trip to Baili Azalea.

Tour Inclusions:

• Tickets: Includes entrance tickets to listed attractions (excludes scenic area shuttle bus fee of ¥70/person, self-paid and optional).
• Transportation: Licensed air-conditioned tour bus with one seat per person (vehicle size depends on the number of guests).
• Meals: Lunch provided, with a meal standard of ¥20/person (no refunds if the meal is not consumed).
• Guide: Full-service provided by a certified guide with a valid license issued by the National Tourism Administration (guide fee of ¥10/person/day).
• Insurance: Includes travel bus insurance. Guests are required to purchase provincial travel accident insurance in advance by submitting personal information and paying the fee.

Exclusions:

• Scenic area insurance of ¥10/person is not included.

Important Notes:

• Adults must bring valid special identification documents (e.g., military ID, senior citizen ID). Children must bring their household registration booklet. For free tickets, please present valid documents in advance. Once verified by the scenic area’s booking platform, the guide will refund ¥20 per person for free tickets on-site. No refund is provided for half-price tickets.
• Guizhou is a mountainous region with unpredictable weather. Please bring jackets, umbrellas, and other necessary items.
• Please carry all necessary documents and keep your belongings secure during the trip.
• Ensure your phone is on and reachable for communication with the tour guide, especially during free activities in scenic areas. The guide will notify you via SMS or call before 10 PM on the first day with details about the next day's schedule and important reminders.
• In cases of force majeure, adjustments to the order of scenic spots or cancellations may be made with the consent of all group members.

If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic jams, vehicle breakdowns, landslides) prevent timely arrivals or completion of the itinerary, we will do our best to coordinate. However, any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guests. Should weather conditions make certain scenic spots unsafe to visit, our company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary based on the scenic area’s announcements. Partial refunds for such changes will not be provided.

Confirmation Details:

• This product requires double confirmation. Once the booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly.
• If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 4 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once tickets are issued, unused services cannot be changed, refunded, canceled, or transferred.
• The success of booking is not related to the time of purchase. If the requested date is sold out, a full refund will be provided.
