【Important Information】

  • This tour is a local bus tour in Japan and will be joined by Japanese travelers. Important notices will be provided in written form in both Chinese and English.
  • The tour conductor can only speak Japanese, but they will carry a tablet with a translation function. In case of emergencies, you may seek assistance from the tour conductor.
  • If the tour is canceled, you will be notified via email 4 days before departure.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the final itinerary via email 5 to 7 days before the departure date. The final itinerary will include details such as the meeting location, time, itinerary reference, and accommodation details.
  • The tour conductor or service staff will hold a sign with “Hankyu Travel International / Trapics” (signboard or flag). Please check your tour route name carefully and present your name to the staff when checking in. Also, please gather all your travel companions before proceeding to check-in. If there are any changes to the registered travelers on the day of departure, please inform the staff in advance.
  • This tour does not include a tour guide, only a tour conductor who is responsible for managing the itinerary and schedule. According to Japanese law, the tour conductor is not allowed to stand and provide explanations while the bus is in motion. Additionally, the tour conductor is not responsible for guiding at sightseeing spots.
  • Since this is a group tour, seating arrangements on the bus are based on its layout and reservation status. Even if you book together, your group members may be seated separately in different rows. Additionally, seat preferences cannot be accommodated on trains, boats, or buses. Thank you for your understanding.
  • The cost for children aged 6 and above is the same as for adults.
  • For children aged 3 to under 6, the tour fee only includes a bus seat (other services are not included).
  • The confirmed itinerary, meeting location, and other details will only be provided in English.
  • Printed itineraries are generally not provided on the day of departure. If needed, please take a screenshot from the official website or print a copy in advance.
