• In case of typhoons, blizzards, or other severe weather conditions, a decision on cancellation will be made by 5:00 PM (local time) one day before departure, and an email notification will be sent accordingly.
• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays. The tour will depart on time, and late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• Due to possible traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary and sightseeing durations may be adjusted.
• Once the bus departs, mid-tour exits will be considered a voluntary withdrawal, and no refunds will be provided.
• The tour involves a significant amount of walking, so comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.
• This tour is conducted with both Japanese and international travelers. If the number of international tourists is below 20, the group will be led by a Japanese-speaking guide, and you will be notified accordingly. In such cases, Chinese or English itinerary notes will be provided.
• If the guide is Japanese-speaking, they will communicate in Japanese and basic English, but will not provide off-bus guided tours.
