• Unlimited access to the aquarium and water park: Includes 2 adults and 2 children (0-12 years old, excluding 12 years old) with unlimited free access to "AQUAVENTURE WATERPARK" and "THE LOST CHAMBERS AQUARIUM" during the stay. 
• Access to the park is granted via facial recognition after check-in. Daily complimentary mini-bar, one "Whale Sea Dance" experience, one "Wave Chasing · Surfing Show," one family pool bubble party, and one "Mermaid Dance Exploration."
• Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children: Daily buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (0-12 years old, excluding 12 years old) at the Seven Colors or Saffron Restaurant (both restaurants are currently open, subject to hotel arrangements).

Accommodation Notes:

• Twin beds are 1.5 meters wide. Extra beds cannot be added to the room. For a third guest, an additional charge of HKD 624 per night applies, including breakfast, water park, and aquarium access.

Product Description:

1. The product price is calculated based on a minimum booking of 2 people per room/suite. Single occupancy is not provided, and a single room supplement fee will apply for solo adult guests.

2. The price is not applicable during national statutory holidays.

3. Prices may fluctuate significantly during weekends and peak seasons. Please confirm the price based on the check-in date before accepting bookings, and the final price and room availability will be subject to secondary confirmation.

4. All products include one airport pick-up and one drop-off service. An additional fee of 50 RMB per trip will be charged for pick-up services for flights arriving after 23:00 (inclusive) or drop-off services departing the hotel before 06:00 (inclusive). A sign-holding service for pick-up is available for an additional 30 RMB per trip.

5. The quoted price and complimentary items are part of a bundled package. If guests voluntarily forfeit any items, no partial refunds will be issued.

6. The quoted price includes service tips for local drivers and staff. Any additional tips given voluntarily by guests to guides or drivers are not mandatory.

7. For extended stays, a new quotation will be provided based on the hotel's room availability on the day.

8. The quoted price does not include:
   a. Round-trip airfare and airport taxes;
   b. Personal expenses and any additional costs not specified in the itinerary or terms above;
   c. Additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation delays, strikes, severe weather, or other force majeure events;
   d. The price includes travel agency liability insurance but does not include personal accident insurance for guests, which is recommended to be purchased separately.

9. Child Policy:
   a. Breakfast policies for children vary by hotel and height. Additional fees will apply if the child exceeds the height limit.
   b. Additional fees will apply for children exceeding height limits or requiring a separate bed.

10. The items included in the package are for reference only. If any items are canceled or adjusted due to hotel policies or weather conditions, the final arrangement will be determined by the hotel on the day of check-in.

Special Notes:

• This product requires secondary confirmation. After successful payment, we will submit the booking and confirm the package arrangements with the hotel. A response will be provided via email within 3 working days. The final confirmation is subject to the hotel's approval. If the booking is not confirmed by the hotel, all fees will be fully refunded.

• Please provide the name matching the valid identification document (ID card/passport) at the time of booking. No changes are allowed after confirmation.

• The above prices are only applicable to holders of Hong Kong/Macau ID cards.

• If checking in late, please inform the hotel in advance.

• The hotel reserves the right to provide alternative facilities, experiences, or dining services to comply with government pandemic regulations.

• Please carry your room key at all times to ensure the safety of personal belongings.

• The use of drugs, excessive drinking, gambling, loud noise, disturbances, or any illegal activities is strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay and seek compensation in case of violations.

• In case of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision-making authority regarding the dispute and any issues related to this offer.

• The above terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the company and the guests using this offer. Any third party not part of this agreement has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any terms of this agreement.
