Important Notes:

1. Available from March 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, every Sunday to Thursday.
2. ★ Reservations are not available on Fridays and Saturdays.
3. Children aged 3 and above are charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months can join for free, but no accommodation, meals, admission tickets, or experiences will be provided.
4. Single travelers must pay an additional single-room supplement per night.
5. Room Arrangements (Room types cannot be specified and are subject to resort availability):
   • 2 guests: 16-pyeong room (Max. 1 preschool child allowed)
   • 4 guests: 35-pyeong room (Max. 6 people allowed, additional fees apply)
   • 6 guests: 51-pyeong room (Max. 8 people allowed, additional fees apply)
6. Travel insurance is not included. The company is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. It is strongly recommended that customers purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
7. Itinerary may be adjusted based on local conditions. If a site is closed or under safety inspection, the company is not liable for compensation or refunds.
8. We will contact customers via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat or email for any updates or changes. Please ensure that your contact details are correctly provided.
9. If using Line/WeChat, please enable friend invitations and allow messages from strangers. Ensure that your ID is correct. The company is not responsible for any issues caused by failure to receive messages due to incorrect settings, and no refunds will be issued.

Confirmation Details:

• This product requires two-step confirmation.
• Once the booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox promptly.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation notice will be sent 5 days before departure.
