Important Notes

• This train pass is only available for non-residents of Liechtenstein/Switzerland.

• The name provided at the time of booking must match the name on your passport.

• The pass is valid for one month from the selected start date and cannot be changed or canceled after issuance.

• If traveling with children aged 0-5 / 6-15, please mention this in the "Special Remarks" section when booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once the train pass is activated, it is non-refundable.

• If the train pass is not activated, you may request a refund by replying to the confirmation email and contacting our customer service team.

• Refund requests must be made before activation.

• A 15% cancellation fee (charged by the supplier) plus a handling fee of HK$150 per pass will apply to all refund requests within an order.

• Whether a refund is approved will be subject to RailEurope's refund policy.
