Day 1: London Welcome to Europamundo! Upon arrival at the airport, wait for the transfer staff to take you to your hotel. Please check the information board at the hotel reception for details on the start of your tour.

Important Notes: Hotel check-in time is usually 14:00. If you need early check-in, consider booking an extra night. If you have already booked an extended stay, your guide will usually meet you when the official tour starts. Until then, you have free time. The hotel staff can help provide travel-related information.


Day 2: London Morning: Panoramic tour of London: Westminster, Parliament Buildings, city center, and Thames River. Afternoon: Free time or optional tour to Thames Valley, Windsor, and its grand castle (optional at an extra cost).

Evening: Meet at Piccadilly Square for a walking tour of Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, known for their vibrant atmosphere and entertainment. Afterward, return to the hotel by bus.

Itinerary Details:

  • Morning: Hyde Park, Oxford Street, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London, Thames River, Piccadilly Circus, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace (changing of the guard, subject to schedule). The tour concludes in the city center.

  • Afternoon: Free time or optional tour to Windsor Castle (5 hours, €35, includes transportation and guided tour assistance).

  • 18:00: Evening walk through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho.

  • 20:30: Return to the hotel.


Day 3: London – Cambridge – York – Durham

  • 07:30: Depart London, heading north.

  • 10:00: Arrive in Cambridge, visit the world-renowned university.

  • 12:00: Depart Cambridge, drive through Sherwood Forest, stopping for lunch.

  • 15:30: Arrive in York, explore the Roman city walls, York Minster, and bustling shopping streets.

  • 17:30: Depart York for Durham.

  • 19:30: Arrive in Durham, a medieval city with a UNESCO-listed cathedral and castle. Overnight stay.


Day 4: Durham – Alnwick – Edinburgh

  • 08:30: Depart Durham, heading towards Scotland.

  • 09:45: Stop in Alnwick, known for its castle and gardens, which appeared in Harry Potter films.

  • 11:15: Depart Alnwick, continue north.

  • 13:15: Arrive in Edinburgh, Scotland’s capital. Free time.

  • 17:30: Panoramic city tour with a local guide.

  • Evening: Hotel check-in and rest.


Day 5: Edinburgh

  • Free day to explore Edinburgh at your own pace.


Day 6: Edinburgh – The Kelpies – Stirling – Pitlochry – Culloden – Inverness

  • 08:00: Depart Edinburgh. Stop at The Kelpies, massive horse-head sculptures symbolizing Scottish folklore.

  • 09:00: Arrive in Stirling, tour the historic old town and Stirling Castle (entrance included).

  • 12:00: Continue north.

  • 13:15: Arrive in Pitlochry, a picturesque town famous for whisky. Visit a traditional whisky distillery (entrance included). Lunch.

  • 15:30: Depart Pitlochry, stop at Culloden, a significant battlefield in Scottish history.

  • 18:45: Arrive in Inverness, the "Capital of the Highlands." Suggested evening walk along the River Ness.


Day 7: Inverness – Eilean Donan Castle – Fort Augustus – Loch Ness – Urquhart Castle – Inverness

  • 08:00: Depart Inverness, enjoy breathtaking Highland landscapes.

  • 10:30: Visit Eilean Donan Castle, a famous fortress on a loch (entrance included).

  • 11:30: Depart for Fort Augustus.

  • 12:45: Arrive in Fort Augustus, see the canal locks, lunch, and leisure time.

  • 14:00: Depart Fort Augustus, visit Urquhart Castle (entrance included).

  • 15:30: 30-minute cruise on Loch Ness.

  • 16:30: Return to Inverness, visit a whisky distillery (entrance and tasting included). Overnight stay in Inverness.


Day 8: Inverness – Fort William – Inveraray – Loch Lomond – Glasgow

  • 07:30: Depart Inverness, stop at Spean Bridge for a WWII memorial and a view of Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest peak.

  • 10:00: Arrive in Fort William, a popular tourist hub.

  • 10:45: Continue along the scenic coastline and pass Kilchurn Castle ruins.

  • 13:30: Arrive in Inveraray, a charming lakeside town. Free time for lunch and castle visit (not included).

  • 15:30: Depart Inveraray, tour around Loch Lomond.

  • 17:30: Arrive in Glasgow. Free evening.


Day 9: Glasgow – Belfast – Dublin

  • 08:00: Depart Glasgow, travel towards the Scottish east coast.

  • 11:30: Board a modern ferry from Cairnryan to Belfast (approximately 2 hours, modern facilities onboard).

  • 13:45: Arrive in Belfast, explore Victorian architecture, visit Catholic and Protestant areas to understand the city’s history.

  • 16:30: Depart Belfast, travel into Ireland.

  • 18:30: Arrive in Dublin. Hotel check-in and rest.


Day 10: Dublin

  • Morning: Panoramic tour of Dublin: Liffey River, parks, historic universities, vibrant city streets. See the exterior of Trinity College.

  • Afternoon: Free time.

Optional Excursion: Walking tour of St. Patrick’s Cathedral (built in the 12th century, Ireland’s largest Anglican church) and Chester Beatty Library, home to medieval manuscripts and ancient religious texts. The tour also includes a visit to George’s Street Arcade, a Victorian-style market, and Powerscourt Estate.

 

Day 11: Dublin - Caernarfon - Liverpool

In the early morning, we will board a ferry for a journey of approximately three to three and a half hours, arriving in Wales. Our first stop will be Caernarfon, a coastal UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its impressive castle. You will have time to enjoy lunch and take a stroll.

We will then continue to Liverpool, where we will take a short bus tour of this UNESCO-listed city, home to the second-largest port in the UK. Would you like to visit the Beatles Museum?

Route Details:

  • Total Distance: 200 km

  • Scenery: We will pass through Wales, enjoying beautiful coastal views along the Irish Sea.

  • Reminder: Please carry your passport, as you may need it to re-enter the UK.

Itinerary:

  • 06:45 AM – Depart from the hotel and board a modern ferry, which departs at 08:05 AM. In some cases, due to technical issues or bad weather, we may take a different ferry, which could affect the schedule.

  • 11:30 AM – Arrive in Holyhead, a port located on a small island in North Wales.

  • 12:15 PMCaernarfon. After crossing the Britannia Bridge, we will arrive in this UNESCO-listed coastal town, home to a spectacular castle overlooking the bay and medieval streets. Since the 14th century, the British heir to the throne has been crowned as the Prince of Wales here. You will have time to explore and enjoy lunch.

  • 01:30 PM – Depart Caernarfon. We will travel along the coast towards England.

  • 04:30 PMLiverpool. We will take a short bus tour of Liverpool, a UNESCO World Heritage city known as the UK's second-largest port and the birthplace of The Beatles. You may choose to visit the Beatles Museum (ticket not included).


Day 12: Liverpool - Stratford-upon-Avon - Oxford - London

Today, we will explore central England. Our first stop is Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare, where you will have free time to explore and enjoy lunch.

Afterward, we will travel to Oxford, a city famous for its rich educational and cultural history, which has nurtured kings, politicians, philosophers, and scientists.

We will then continue to London, arriving in the evening.

  • Total Distance: 400 km

  • Scenery: Picturesque rolling countryside.

Itinerary:

  • 08:00 AM – Depart from Liverpool and head towards the heart of England.

  • 11:00 AMStratford-upon-Avon. This charming town is the birthplace of William Shakespeare, known for its beautiful gardens and Tudor-style houses. You may visit Shakespeare's Birthplace (ticket not included), stroll around, and enjoy lunch.

  • 01:00 PM – Depart Stratford-upon-Avon. We will drive through the Cotswolds, famous for its rolling hills and charming thatched cottages.

  • 02:30 PMOxford. Free time to explore this famous university city, visit its magnificent colleges, and stroll through its historic streets.

  • 04:30 PM – Depart Oxford.

  • 06:00 PM – Arrive in London.


Day 13: London

After breakfast, our journey comes to an end, leaving us with beautiful memories.
