Schedule:

• 12:00 – Meet at JR Tokyo Station, Marunouchi North Exit

• 12:30 – Meet at Shinjuku West Exit, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank

• 15:00 – Hakone | Choose one of the following two options:

Option 1: Hakone Ryuguden Hot Spring (Approx. 90 min)
Enjoy scenic views of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji while soaking in the historic Ryuguden hot spring. The architecture is modeled after the famous Byodo-in Temple and has over 80 years of history. The hot spring is known to help relieve muscle and joint pain.

Option 2: Hakone Shrine (Approx. 80 min)
With a history of over 1,200 years, Hakone Shrine enshrines the powerful Hakone deity and is believed to offer protection and good fortune. The iconic torii gate by the water is a popular photo spot.

• 17:40 – Atami | Visit Atami Sun Beach & Old Ginza Shopping Street (Approx. 90 min)
  Atami Sun Beach is ideal for swimming and sunbathing, with night illumination events. The nostalgic Old Ginza Shopping Street features charming shops and local eats.

• 19:20 – Atami Port | Atami Summer Fireworks Festival Cruise (Approx. 90 min)
  Enjoy the fireworks aboard a cooling cruise on the sea.

The Atami Fireworks Festival has been held since 1925 and is one of the city’s most beloved summer traditions. In summer 2025, it will mark its 74th year.

Fireworks Details:

• Approx. 5,000 fireworks

• Time: 20:20–20:40 (In July and August: 20:15–20:40)

• 21:00 – Depart for Tokyo (Travel time: approx. 2.5–3 hours)

• 23:30 – Arrive in Tokyo and disband

Note: Hot Spring Entry Fees (to be paid on-site):
Weekdays:

• Adults (Middle & High School Students): ¥2,200

• Elementary School Students: ¥1,200

• Children (Ages 3+): ¥600

Saturdays:

• Adults (Middle & High School Students): ¥2,500

• Elementary School Students: ¥1,500

• Children (Ages 3+): ¥900

Important Notes

• A minimum of 10 participants is required to form a group. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled and a cancellation email will be sent 3 days before the departure date.

• In case of severe weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms), a decision regarding cancellation will be made by 12:00 PM (local time) one day before departure, and notification will be sent via email.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be waited for and may affect the rest of the schedule.

• The bus will not wait for latecomers. If you are late due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided.

• No eating, drinking, or loud talking is allowed on the bus.

• Due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary or sightseeing time may change or be shortened. Thank you for your understanding.

• If return travel is delayed due to traffic or other conditions, and you are unable to catch public transportation, any additional costs (e.g., taxi fares) must be borne by the customer.

• Sightseeing times may be adjusted based on road conditions or the number of participants on the day.

• If you are late due to traffic and cannot join the tour, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation, and no refund will be given.

• If a customer voluntarily withdraws from the tour midway, no refund will be provided.

• Bus seats are non-reservable. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus. There is no restroom on board.

• Age restriction: Only participants aged 3 and above and taller than 80 cm are allowed. Children under the age of 2, even when accompanied by an adult, may not participate.

• Customers are responsible for checking that their name and purchased items on the invoice are correct. All responsibilities lie with the customer. E Corporate Travel Japan shall not be held liable.

• From May 30, 2017, due to revisions to the Personal Information Protection Act, traveler information (name, age, gender) may be provided to hotels as part of the booking process. By completing the booking, you acknowledge and agree to this requirement.

• Arrival times may vary due to unpredictable factors such as weather, traffic, festivals, and crowds.

• According to Japanese law, a driver’s maximum working time is 10 hours. To ensure safety and smooth operation, adjustments to the itinerary—such as reduced time at attractions or cancellations—may be made accordingly.

• We sincerely ask for your understanding and support in these adjustments, which are made with the safety of both the driver and passengers in mind.

• In the event of force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances, we regret any inconvenience caused. Please understand that no refunds will be issued under these conditions.

• While we strive to provide the best travel experience, we may need to adjust the itinerary flexibly based on actual conditions. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. After booking, a confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours. Please check your inbox.

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a cancellation email will be sent 4 days before departure.

How to Use

• Please present a printed voucher or show the electronic voucher on your mobile device when participating in the activity.

• Meeting Details: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early.

• If you arrive early, kindly wait patiently near the designated meeting area.
