Reservation Notes

Minimum Group Size:
The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email will be sent 4 days prior to departure.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision regarding the cancellation will be made by 6:00 PM (local time) one day before departure. Notification will be sent via email as soon as the decision is made.

Punctuality Reminder:
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the group, the tour will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.

Force Majeure Disclaimer:
The company is not responsible for situations caused by force majeure (e.g., traffic, weather) that result in inability to participate in the tour or poor scenic conditions for photography. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.

Itinerary Adjustments:
Due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, the itinerary and duration of stops may be adjusted.

No Refund for Voluntary Withdrawal:
If a participant voluntarily leaves the tour midway for personal reasons, no refunds will be provided.

Strict Meeting Policy:
Please be sure to arrive at the specified location and time. Mid-route joining or switching to another departure time is not allowed. If you miss the departure due to personal reasons, you will be held fully responsible for any resulting losses.

Vehicle Arrangement:
Vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, the driver may also serve as the tour guide, and no separate tour leader will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Unexpected Tour Termination:
If the tour must be terminated after departure due to weather or natural disasters, refunds for unused portions of the trip will be processed based on actual costs. Additional expenses, such as return transportation or local accommodation, must be covered by the participant.
