Tour Itinerary

• 08:00 AM – Depart from Shinjuku

• 10:00 AM – Visit Oishi Park at Lake Kawaguchi, known for its panoramic view and Fuji reflection

• 11:00 AM – Visit Arakurayama Sengen Shrine, a top photo spot with views of Mt. Fuji and the iconic pagoda

• 13:00 PM – Explore Mt. Fuji 5th Station

  • If the 5th Station is closed due to weather or seasonal conditions, the itinerary will be replaced with a visit to Saiko Iyashi-no-Sato, a traditional Japanese village.

• 15:20 PM – Visit Oshino Hakkai, a scenic village with eight crystal-clear ponds

• 18:00 PM – Return to Shinjuku Station, end of tour

Reservation Notes

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting time to allow the tour leader to check attendance and depart on time. Late arrivals will not be waited for or refunded.

• The bus will depart on schedule. If the guest cannot be contacted by departure time, the bus will leave without waiting, and no refund will be provided for latecomers.

• Infants (under 3 years old) may join for free, but each adult may bring only one infant.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate.

Included in the Tour Fee:

• Round-trip bus transportation for the full-day itinerary

• Bilingual tour leader (Chinese, English, Japanese)

• Admission ticket for the sightseeing water bus (Asakusa → Hinode)

Not Included in the Tour Fee:

• Hotel pickup/drop-off

• Meals (lunch)

• Personal expenses and any items not mentioned above

Weather and Traffic Conditions

• In the case of severe weather (e.g., typhoon, heavy snow), the tour may be canceled. Guests will be notified by 14:00 the day before departure.

• In case of heavy traffic, the duration of stops at attractions or the return time may be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.

• Stop durations at each location are for reference only. Final arrangements are subject to the tour leader's decision on the day of the tour.

• If any attractions are suddenly closed for maintenance, no refund will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

Onsen Notice (For Hot Spring Option Participants)

• Guests may bring their own towels or purchase towels at the facility.

• Entry to the hot spring is not allowed for:

  • Infants

  • Pregnant women

  • Guests with tattoos

  • Guests with heart conditions

Luggage Restrictions

• Each guest may bring one piece of hand luggage only.

• Please store large suitcases at your hotel or use coin lockers at nearby train stations.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours of successful booking—please check your email (including spam/junk folders).

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, you will receive a cancellation email 4 days before departure.

• If you do not receive an email within the specified time, please contact our travel consultant at +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

• Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early.

• If you arrive early, please wait patiently near the designated area.
