Reservation Guidelines

• Guests with high blood pressure or who are pregnant are not allowed to participate.

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. The activity will depart on time and late arrivals will not be accommodated or refunded.

• There is a strict weight limit of 90 kg, and riders over 85 kg will not be permitted to ride.

• For safety and comfort, helmets are mandatory (provided on site). We also recommend wearing closed-toe shoes, long pants, and riding chaps (available upon request).
  👉 We operate a “No Helmet, No Ride” policy.

• For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse participation to guests who do not follow staff instructions. All riding decisions will be at the discretion of our staff.

• A minimum of 2 participants per booking is required to include round-trip hotel transfers. Extra charges apply for solo riders.

• Complimentary transfers are available from: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, and Canggu. Pickups from other areas may incur a surcharge.

• Please provide required information for all participants:

  • Weight (in kg)

  • Riding experience level: Beginner / Intermediate / Experienced
    Incomplete information will result in booking rejection.

• Minimum age to participate is 5 years old.

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own travel insurance, as horse behavior can be unpredictable.
