Registration Notes
  • • This product requires a double confirmation. Upon successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the group cannot be formed, we will notify you via email or phone before departure.
  • • All guests participating in this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance. Guests may purchase travel insurance through our agency or provide valid proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to deny the guest's departure.
  • • If the number of participants is odd, guests must pay a single room supplement. If guests are unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they will automatically forfeit half a room and may share a triple room (primarily with two single beds).
  • • If the group size is fewer than 10 people, there may be no Hong Kong tour leader accompanying the group. Guests may not object or withdraw for this reason.
  • • No pre-departure briefing is arranged for this tour.
  • • For the above itinerary prices, please refer to the website or inquire with our counter staff. The confirmed tour fee will be based on the time of registration. Additional charges during peak seasons will be notified separately.

Cancellation Policy
  • • No changes or refunds are allowed after successful booking.
  • • If the tour is canceled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
  • • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant authorities on the day of ticket issuance. The company will refund any overcharged amount to guests or collect additional fees due to foreign exchange fluctuations, which must be paid before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw for any reason.
  • • The company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to canceling or shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with transportation, temporary changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel. As long as the company notifies guests in a timely manner, it will not bear any responsibility.
Document Requirements
  • • 【Traveling to Mainland China】
  • • Entry into China requires a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (Home Visit Permit) or a foreign passport holder with a valid Chinese visa. Therefore, guests must ensure the validity of their personal documents; otherwise, entry may be denied.
  • • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
  • • Guests must present valid travel documents and identification. The travel documents must have a validity period of more than six months from the return date of the group tour. Any losses incurred due to invalid documents preventing entry or exit shall be borne by the guests themselves.
  • • 【Visa Information】
  • • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure. Otherwise, the airline has the right to refuse boarding, and local immigration authorities may deny entry. The company assumes no responsibility for the aforementioned situations.
  • • All foreign passport holders (without a Hong Kong Identity Card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure. Otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.
Special Notes
  • • Guests must obtain a stamped receipt to be covered by the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund." Please inquire with the counter staff regarding the stamp duty amount.
  • • The arrangements for seasonal activities listed in the itinerary (such as flower viewing, snow viewing, maple leaf viewing, or bird watching) are subject to the prevailing environment, weather, and timing. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, the opportunity to view these may be unavailable, and no refunds will be provided.
  • • Any changes to the itinerary sequence, meals, or accommodation will be based on the arrangements made by the local reception, and no separate notice will be given.
