• Child ticket: aged 3-12
• Children aged 0-2 enter free of charge
• Children have to be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Each ticket is for one person only
• Ticket is only sold for tourists
• A valid passport or identity card must be presented at the security checkpoint
• All visitors, baggage and personal items must pass through metal detectors at the security check point
• It is forbidden to carry camera equipment such as tripod, monopod or any similar equipment.
• No food and drinks are allowed during the visit
• Smoking inside the PETRONAS Twin Towers is strictly prohibited
• Visitors shall at all times adhere to and obey the signs, rules and regulations, and instructions from the authorities of the PETRONAS Twin Towers
• Please fill in your 3 preferred timeslot in order in the remarks column
• If your first choice is not available, we will proceed with the booking of your second or third preferred timeslot

•  Recommend guests to select the timeslot between 18:00 - 19:15 to enjoy the changing views from day time to night time. 

How to use:

• You are required to present either a printed or an electronic voucher in order to redeem ticket.
• You can enter the tower on any day during the validity period shown on the ticket.
• Opening hours: Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 – 21:00 (Monday: closed)
