- In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and other language version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- In case of any dispute, HKITP reserves the rights to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of this offer.
- Hotel reserves all rights to offer alternatives to dining services in compliance with regulations imposed by the government
- The dining time, location and number of guests are subject to the latest update under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance by the Government
- The above Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and the Guests using the Offer. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623) of the Laws of Hong Kong to enforce any term of this agreement
- No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
