• The activity schedule and sequence are not fixed and may be rearranged due to weather conditions or crowd levels to best suit operational needs.

• This is a shared group tour, not a private one, and may include other participants.

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the walking tour.

• Pets, smoking, luggage or large bags, alcohol, drugs, and food/drinks are not allowed on the vehicle.

• It is recommended to bring a hat/cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

• Vegetarians: Simple vegetarian meals are available—please indicate this request when booking.

• Shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed when visiting St. Peter’s Church.

• No food or drinks are allowed in the vehicle/minibus/bus. Food can easily stain or spill, and others may bump into you, causing drinks to spill or food to fall.

• The type of vehicle (car/minibus/bus) depends on the number of participants on the day of the tour.

• Please ensure your mobile number remains reachable during the tour.

• If you are prone to motion sickness, please prepare accordingly to avoid affecting your trip.

• Please take care of your belongings and avoid bringing valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage.

• If the vehicle has not arrived more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time, please contact us for immediate assistance. Pickup time and driver details will be sent via email the night before the activity—please check your inbox and spam folder after 8:00 PM.

• During major holidays, road closures and traffic congestion may occur. Return drop-off will be at the nearest point to your hotel based on road conditions. The driver will determine the drop-off point. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be waited for to avoid affecting the rest of the schedule.

• Pickups occur within a 15-minute window before or after the scheduled time.

• Not recommended for those with back problems or heart conditions.

• Designated hotel pickup [minimum 2 adults]: Selected hotels/apartments/suites in Kuala Lumpur city’s Golden Triangle area (excluding: Pudu area, ChowKit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Malaysia, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur).

• Solo travelers are welcome to join existing groups. Please wait for pickup at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square (contact us to confirm availability).

• As this is a shared group tour, please be patient in case of unexpected delays along the pickup route.

• For pickups outside the designated service area, a surcharge of at least RM50 per vehicle applies. The surcharge amount and pickup time will depend on your location and should be paid in cash directly to the driver.
