1. Introduction 

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile applications, and any other digital platforms (collectively, the "Services") provided by Travel Expert Online Limited ("Texpert", "we", "our" or "us"). 

1.2 By accessing, using, or registering for the Services, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge your understanding of these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. You also confirm that you have the capacity to enter into legally binding contracts under your local jurisdiction.


2. Changes To Terms And Conditions 

2.1 Texpert reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to amend, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of the Services following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.


3. Access And Use Of The Services 

3.1 Our Services, which include but are not limited to our website, applications, and associated features and content, are owned and operated by Texpert.

3.2 The provision of the Services is subject to the acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.


4. User Responsibilities And Obligations 

4.1 When using our Services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You must treat your user account details, including your password, as confidential and must not disclose them to any third party.


5. Purchases And Payment 

5.1 When you make a purchase through our Services, you agree to pay the full price indicated at the time of purchase, which will include any applicable taxes, fees, and charges.


6. Cancellations, Returns, And Refunds 

6.1 Specific cancellation, return, and refund policies may be applicable to certain products and services offered through our Services. These will be clearly detailed in the individual product or service descriptions.


7. Passports, Visas, And Insurances 

7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas, to travel to your chosen destination.

8.1 Our Services may include links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience and information only, and their inclusion does not signify that we endorse the website(s) or their content.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

 9.1 All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Texpert or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights and laws.


10. Texpert's Rights 

10.1 Right to Modify Services: Texpert reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Services at any time for any reason, with or without notice.


11. Texpert's Obligations 

11.1 Service Provision: Texpert is responsible for providing the services as stated on our platform, subject to these Terms.


12. Warranties And Disclaimers 

12.1 Texpert provides the Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care. However, we do not make any specific promises or warranties about the Services, their specific functions, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs.


13. Liability Limitations 

13.1 To the extent permitted by law, Texpert will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.


14. Indemnity 

14.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Texpert and our employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or misuse of our Services or your breach of these Terms.


15. Termination 

15.1 These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Texpert. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of our Services and deleting your account.


16. Privacy Policy 

16.1 Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, further describes the collection, use, and sharing of data.


17. Travel Industry Compensation Fund

If you buy later or have bought earlier an outbound service or arrangement from our company, and that service or arrangement and the outbound service or arrangement you plan to buy now relate to the same tour, please tell us by then or now accordingly so that we shall combine those services and/or arrangements into an outbound package and pay the levy, thus enabling you to be protected by the Travel Industry Compensation Fund.


18. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution 

18.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Texpert is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


19. Products Terms and Conditions

1 . Ticket conditions

Online booking

  • Price quoted is in Hong Kong Dollar
  • The system will start to reserve once the payment is completed. Fare valid for E-Ticket only, E-Ticket will be received 48 hours before departure once they are confirmed
  • Once the transaction is completed, travel product cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded or transferred
  • Full refund will be applied if the reservation is failed
  • Please check and confirm the passenger’s name is exactly the same as thename on the travel document
  • E-ticket will be emailed to youbased on the email address provided by you;if you do not receive e-ticket, perhaps because of an incorrect e-mail address or your e-mail settings,you must notify us immediately.If you change your e-mail address or contact number, please inform us right away.  In addition, check passenger name isto be consistent with the travel document and confirmed itinerary. For any delay, the Company shall not be responsible.
  • Please note that air-ticket is non-changeableand non-refundable. In the booking process, you must read the terms and conditions of the air- fare. In addition, some airlines reserve the right to make changes or cancellation of confirmed booking. Travel Expert, as an Agent, is not responsible for such  changes or cancellations.
  • You are suggested to read this terms and conditions before confirming the booking. Do contact us your request before 3 days of your departure.
  • For any of change request with special reason, you must pay HK$380 handling fee plus the ticket price difference once confirmed.
  • For any of cancellation request with special reason, you must pay HK$380 handling fee once confirmed.
  • Airlines are entitled to refuse any change request.
  • Special ticket may not take the most direct route. Some itineraries require a change of aircraft en-route. A flight that is described as direct is one where there is no need to change aircraft during the journey. However, stops may be made en-route for re-fuelling or to let passengers on and/or off. Details of any stops will be given during your booking process and are clearly identified both on the Website and on your itinerary which will be sent to you when you confirm your booking.
  • Local departure time shown is on a 24 hours time system. The actual flying time, aircraft type, weather conditions (not includingon the ground parking, stop-over time or transfer time) will also be shown.  The guidelines are for referenceandsubject to alteration and confirmation.
  • Taxes and surcharges are generally included in the price. There may be exceptions where tax must be paid locally upon check-in.
  • Price quoteddoes not includecharges for travel documents, national immigration and transit visa, where applicable.
  • Price quoted does not include excess baggage charges
  • Price does not includecharges as the result of private transport delays, strikes, typhoon or anyunexpected situations,which arebeyond our control
  • Price quoted does not include travel insurance.
  • All accompanied passengers must travel on the same flights and check-in together in the whole journey
  • Any change on the date and flight of the whole journey will not be allowed
  • All flight schedules will be subject to the final decision of the Civil Aviation Department.
  • According to airline policy, flight segment should be used in pre-determined sequence, otherwise the air-ticket will become invalid
  • In most cases, accumulated Mileage award schemeis not applicable to discounted air-ticket / package. All Mileage Award scheme redemption must be approved and confirmed by the airline.
  • Product or service terms and conditions are subject toairline latest announcement
  • If passenger chooses to forfeit thescheduledflighton his/ her own during the journey, the un-used portion is not refundable and passengercan do so at his/her own risk. The company is clear of any liability.
  • Those who fail to check-inon schedule, the Company shall not accept any refund request



2 . Package Conditions

Enquiry Booking

  • For online booking enquiry, paymentis to be settledin branch; however, no cheque will be accepted within seven days before departure. (Not applicable to jetso.texpert.com)
  • In view of foreign currency fluctuations, increasing fuel surcharges, transportation and hotels costs, which lead to the rising costs for travelling, the Company reserves the right to adjust the cost and charge the passengers before departure. If there is any discrepancy between the on-line price and the branch quoted price, the branch quoted price shall prevail. If there is an increase in fuel surcharge after ticket is issued, the passenger will be responsible for the additional charge before departure. There will be no refund on fuel surcharge after ticket is issued.
  • According to the Travel Industry Council instructions, the 0.15% stamp charge on the tour receipt is, for the Travel Industry Compensation Fund, to protect tour travel by the HKTIC (Hong Kong Travel Industry Council).  For details, please contact the Travel Industry Compensation Fund Management Board at 3151 7945.
  • Price quoted does not include transfers
  • Child fareis only applicable to children from the age of 2 to 11 and they must stay with two adults.It does not include bed or breakfast.
  • The prices shown for Air + hotel accommodation / cruise package products are on per-person basis.  Unless stated otherwise, all rooms are to be standard room.
  • Fuel surcharge is based on the announcement by airlines.  If there is any increase of fuel surcharge by the airline after the ticket is issued, the passenger is required to pay the additional fee before departure.
  • Any change or cancellation of package booking will be charged HK$380 handling fee.
  • If payments are not paid at our physical stores, travellers must collect the original receipt with conventional levy stamp within five calendar days from the receipt issue date at the Company (address please see below). Single purchase of local half day / one day tour is not covered by the protection of Travel Industry Compensation Fund and the Package Tour Accident Contingency Fund Scheme.  To protect your interest, please contact us at [email protected] if you have purchased any products with us for the same journey.



3 . Hotel conditions

Enquiry Booking

  • For online booking enquiry, payment is to besettledin branch; however, no cheque will be accepted within seven days before departure. (Not applicable to jetso.texpert.com)
  • Breakfast is not included unless stated otherwise. Some hotels may charge additional government taxes.
  • Hotel star rating / quality / and hotel website are for reference ONLY.These ratings are not regarded as standard and official local ratings. They can vary among hotels in the same class and / or the various countries It is the sole responsibility of the customer whether to make the decision to book.  
  • The hotel pictures / information on the website, including amenitiesand facilities are provided by the hotel. This information is for reference only. For any discrepancy exists between the website pictures and actual settings, Travel Expert is not liable and responsible.
  • Based on individual country regulations, traveller under the age of 18 and is not travelling with parent/ adult, hotel reservation is subject to hotel approval
  • In booking a Taiwan hotel, a fee for an extra bed will be charged for children over 110 cm in height. If such information is not provided during reservation, traveler will bear any extra cost.
  • ONLY 2 persons are allowed to stay in a twin room / double room / semi double room.
  • Two single beds or one double bedare generally provided in a “Double Room”.
  • The size of a“Small Double Room” (also known as “Semi-Double Room”) is smaller than the standard double room; the bed sizein “Small Double room” is also smaller than the average bed size.  “Small double room” may be allowed to accommodate a maximum of two adults or one adult and one child.
  • Two single beds or one double bed plus an additional bed, which is normally a single bed 『rollaway bed or sofa bed,』are generally provided in a “Triple Room”.
  • Additional hotel benefit can only be applicable to a maximum of two registered guestsper room and is only valid during their stay.  The benefit is non- transferable and non-refundable.
  • If the room cannot be confirmed, the payment will be auto cancelled and refunded to the credit card within 21 working days.
  • Any change or cancellation of hotel booking will be charged HK$380 handling fee.



4 . Others

Cruise Restriction
Enquiry Booking

  • The terms and conditions of cruise products are subject to the final discretion of the Cruise Company and it can be changed without notice.
  • Cruise Routes, berthing, sailing time and all taxes are subject to the arrangement of Cruise Company
  • Travel Expert is not responsible for the costs of any transfers between airports or terminals.
  • Cruise Company reserves the right to change and cancel of routes or berthing at the harbour,which may result in loss or interruption of the trip,in which case the Cruise Company and Travel Expert willnot be responsible.
  • Cabin assignment is based on the actual availability of cabin by the cruise lines and may be subject to the best arrangements by cruise lines.
  • If there is any change in the port charges and government tax after payment has been settled, passengers have to pay the additional charges before departure.
  • According to the Travel Industry Council instructions, the 0.15% stamp charge on the cruise package receipt is, for the Travel Industry Compensation Fund, to protect cruise package, by the HKTIC (Hong Kong Travel Industry Council).  For details, please contact the Travel Industry Compensation Fund Management Board at, 3151 7945.

Theme Ticket & Rail Pass Restriction
Enquiry Booking

  • For online booking enquiry, payment is to besettledin branch; however, no cheque will be accepted within seven days before departure. (Not applicable to jetso.texpert.com)
  • Entrance ticket or rail pass is not refundable and must be used within the specified period, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
  • Japanese rail pass must be redeemed locally within 3 months from the issue date, otherwise it will become invalid.
  • In application for refund on Japanese rail pass, the pass must be wholly unused. The application must be carried out as soon as possible. There will be penalty 10% of the pass price plus HK$100 handling fee per ticket.



5 . General Information

  • Please confirm the product details and contact information you have provided to process with your booking. texpert.com is not responsible for any problems caused by entering incorrect data.

  • Passenger is advised to purchase travel insurance before traveling, he/ she can contact our travel consultant at our branchby phone or in person.

  • Passenger must arrive at the check-in counter 3 hours before departure time and present the valid travel document & HKID card.  The check -in counter will be closed 60 minutes before estimated departure time
  • Some airlines require passenger to reconfirm the return/ onward flight booking at least 72 hours before travel. Failure to reconfirm the flight booking directly with airline may result in cancellation of flight.
  • According to airline policy, it is the sole responsibility of the passenger to pass through the boarding gate on or before the time specified by the airline. The airline will not bear any responsibility nor make concession to accommodate such passenger.
  • Prices quoted on the website are derived from various sources and may not be updated daily. You may wish to verify actual prices on the date of booking.
  • Airline regulations disallow female passenger, who will be 28 weeks into her pregnancy or more on date of travel. If in doubt, please check with the concerned airline and consult your doctor. Infants must be at least 6 weeks old to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or in baby cot.Please contact the airline for details on appropriate seating arrangement. Children aged 2 years or more must require a seat
  • When booking airticket or hotel, passenger can enter Frequent Flyer Program or Hotel Loyalty Program information and membership number.   Please note that there are restrictions in the respective terms and conditions of such programs.  The recognition and award are subject to the approval from the respective program operators, please contact them for details.
  • Inany special circumstances, such as the visa delay, overbooked hotel situation,abrupt change of flight schedule, aircraft types or en-route locations etc, the Company or its business partner doesnot bear any responsibility for such changes.  The Companywill makeevery effort to deal with any delay situation, however, the company or its delegate agency will not be responsible for any cost arises from such circumstances.
  • In case of unexpected incidents such as typhoons, rainstorms, natural disasters, political unrest or epidemic, passenger should pay attention to news broadcasts or contact airlineto confirm whether there is any change or cancellation of flight.  As flight operating normally,please follow normal check-in procedure.  The Company shall not be responsible for any additional costs such as hotel accommodation, transportation fees, long distance telephone charges, as a result from the incidents mentioned above.
  • The English version of Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event that there is any discrepancy among versions in other languages.


Travel Document / Visa  

  • Passengers must ensure their passport / travel document to have at least six months validity from the return date.
  • Passenger must hold valid entry visa.  The companyis not liable for any problem arises from personal travel document issue.
  • Taiwan Landing Visa Requirements: passenger MUST present HKID card AND together with either SAR or BNO travel document, which indicates Hong Kong to be the birthplace to Taiwan Immigration.
  • Passenger should check with the consulateearly onfor visa requirement and changes.Passenger must hold a valid passportand visa.  Please allow sufficient time for visa application process for it will take some time. The Company shall not be responsible forany delay or rejection of visa.
  • For non-HKSAR citizen, please contact the Embassy for information and advice on the visa requirements of theproposed countries to visit.
  • Visitor to the U.S. tour: according to the U.S. Consulate visa waiver program, visitor must apply e-visa transitESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) online.
  • HK resident holding foreign passport must carry Hong Kong Identity Card to facilitate immigration upon re-entry to Hong Kong.  According to the Hong Kong Immigration Ordinance, with exception to HK resident, all foreign passport holder must hold a valid travel document and a return air ticket beforeentering Hong Kong
  • If travel involves various international destinations, passenger is solely responsible to ensure that he/she is to obtain relevant visa or transit visa and valid passport, which must have a minimum of 6 monthsvalidity from the return date, and comply with all immigration requirements
  • Passenger should be in totallycompliance with local national law,which strictly prohibits passengerfrom carrying illegal goods andrequires passenger to declare personal goods and cashaccurately.


Special Request

  • For seat assignment request(especially in economy class), Travel Expert has no controlover the request and cannot make guarantee, even for in-advance request to the airline.
  • Travel Expert will pass‘specialrequests'from customer, such as meal, wheelchair & baby cot etc., to the airline / hotelfor final approval.



  • If passenger wishes to change or cancel the flight, hotel or package booking, please contact our travel consultant. We will endeavor our best to assist your booking.  In general, they are non-changeable and non-refundable, and therefore any change to flight or hotel may require the purchase of a new flight or hotel booking. Passenger will be liable for all associated costs of new booking plus HKD380 handling fee.


  • The Company provides services ("Services") to our customers. The Company,as a service provider, is to arrange and organize hotels, airlines and other relevant transportation for the journey.  Therefore, customers agree to waive and clear The Company of all liabilities and responsibilities, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from any result of such "Services" for any loss, damages, injury, accident, delay, scheduling changes or any other inconvenience, under all possible causes and reasons.
  • The pricing of the online exclusive items (include air ticket / hotel / travel package), is only applicable to the customer self-order only.  For any online purchase through our branch services,   the company reserves the right to charge the service fee.
