2025 Osaka Expo Theme: "Designing Future Society for Our Lives"

In November 2018, the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) officially selected Osaka, Japan, as the host city for the 2025 World Expo through two rounds of anonymous voting during its General Assembly. This marks the second time Osaka will host the World Expo, the first being in 1970. As a former host city 20 years ago, Osaka has set the theme for the 2025 Expo as “Designing Future Society for Our Lives” (いのち輝く未来社会のデザイン). The Expo will serve as a "laboratory for future life," using the world’s most advanced technologies to propose solutions to social challenges and achieve sustainable goals—saving lives, empowering lives, and connecting lives.

• This ticket does not grant direct admission. You must register as a member on the official Expo website, link your ticket, and reserve your entry date, time, and pavilion in advance.

• Please note that each 1-Day Pass allows up to three pavilion activity reservations.

• The 1-Day Pass can only be used once during the period from April 13, 2025 to October 13, 2025.

【How to Use・Instructions】

• Step 1: After purchase, you will receive a PDF file and a Ticket ID (a 10-character alphanumeric code) via email.
  ※ Below is a sample screenshot of the e-ticket.

• Step 2: Register as a member on the official Expo ticket website and enter your Ticket ID (10-character alphanumeric code).

• Step 3: Reserve your visit date, time, and pavilion, and receive a QR code.

  • Visit Date Reservation: Available from 6 months before your selected visit date.

  • Pavilion Reservation: Up to 3 reservation chances starting 3 months before your visit date, through both lottery and real-time booking:
    ① First Lottery: 2 months before the visit date
    ② Second Lottery: 7 days before the visit date
    ③ Open Slot Reservation: 3 days before the visit date (not a lottery; first come, first served)

• Step 4: Show your QR code on the reserved day to enter the venue.
  ※ Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

【Important Notes】

1. A 1-Day Pass can only be used once during the period from April 13, 2025 to October 13, 2025.

2. Each 1-Day Pass allows up to three pavilion activity reservations.
   ※ Visit date can be reserved up to 6 months in advance.

3. You can change your visit date and time up to 3 times, but only within the ticket’s valid period.

4. Once the ticket is purchased, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Confirmation Details：
