• Voucher Exchange Validity:
  The voucher is valid for exchange within 90 days from the purchase date. Please exchange the voucher within the validity period shown on the voucher.
  (Example: If purchased on July 1, the ticket is valid until September 28.)

• Usage Validity After Redemption:
  Once the first facility is redeemed, the voucher is valid for 7 days.
  (Please note that the 7-day usage validity must not exceed the original exchange validity period indicated on the voucher.)

• Facilities and coupons can only be used or experienced once. Reentry or repeated use of the same facility is not allowed.

  After successfully booking, you will receive a PDF electronic voucher. During the usage period, present the QR Code or exchange the facility ticket for entry.
