The gift from nature traveled across the ocean from a distant foreign land, took root in Hualien, and opened a new page of history. Organic and non-toxic vanilla seeds were scattered in the fertile soil at the foot of the Central Mountain Range in Ji'an Township, Hualien, and eventually grew into a beautiful vanilla garden. Surrounded by green mountains, the garden is filled with aromatic molecules that can heal the vanilla, and is hidden in a quiet village.

The only hotel in the world that has a vanilla steam room and bathtub in every room except the barrier-free room. It uses fresh, organic and non-toxic multifunctional local vanilla for healing fumigation, which enlarges every pore and makes every inch of skin transparent and comfortable. You can directly pick the vanilla by the bathtub and add the extracted organic vanilla essential oil to relax leisurely, without leaving any trace of worldly affairs and your heart will be as clear as a mirror.

Every flower, grass and tree in the cuisine comes from the sun, soil, rain and the farmers’ careful care, and is full of refreshing healthy energy. The Farm to Table dining concept allows every guest to personally experience the power of nature to nourish the whole body.
The freshly boiled vegetables area, which is available for both breakfast and dinner, provides wild vegetables grown by local organic farmers in Hualien. It is served with rice noodles, flat noodles, oil noodles, and vermicelli. The freshly boiled vegetables are topped with refreshing broth and braised pork, making it a healthy dish!

The Mint Deluxe Room is equipped with an extra-large, thickened Slumberland bed that is 220cm long and 200cm wide, allowing double occupancy to enjoy an undisturbed sleep. As you enter the room, you will be greeted by a rosemary green wall that symbolizes health, tranquility and freshness. Your vision extends to the herb healing space and even to the private balcony outside the room, which is 3 to 6 square meters and surrounded by organic herb plants. You can sip a cup of herb tea at night, watch the stars or listen to the chirping of insects and frogs, and enjoy your own quiet time. Rosemary Premier Room is suitable for guests who like the room space to have a sense of indoor and outdoor extension. In the private room space, you can enjoy the warm and calm atmosphere indoors, and you can also step out to the balcony to enjoy the outdoor space and feel closer to nature. You can enjoy the complete scenery in your room by looking out at the Central Mountain Range, reading a book, or drinking a cup of herbal tea.
