The event will proceed in light rain. Umbrellas are not allowed in the seating area—please bring a simple rain poncho and a towel.
The event may be canceled by the organizer in case of severe weather. In that case, the tour will be canceled accordingly.
Seats are not selectable. Even small groups may be seated separately.
A walk of approximately 10–20 minutes from the bus parking area to the venue is required. Expect large crowds—wear comfortable walking shoes.

【Reservation Notes】

• Due to traffic conditions on the day, delays in returning to the meeting point may occur. Please be aware that you may miss the last available public transportation.

• The event will proceed as scheduled in case of rain, but may be canceled by the organizer in case of severe weather such as storms.

• Seat selection is not available.

• Umbrellas are not allowed in the seating area. If rain is forecasted, please bring a lightweight raincoat, towel, and other appropriate items.

• The fireworks display may be canceled on the day of the tour due to adverse weather conditions.

• A walk of approximately 10 minutes is required from the bus drop-off point to the viewing area. Since it may be crowded, please wear comfortable walking shoes.

• Seat assignments will be managed entirely by our company.

• This is a local Japanese bus group tour and will be conducted alongside Japanese participants. Important information will be provided in written Chinese and English.
  The tour escort only speaks Japanese but will carry a tablet with translation capabilities. In case of emergency, you can seek assistance from the escort.

≪Regarding Tours Not Yet Confirmed≫

• If the tour is canceled, you will be notified via email 4 days prior to the departure date.

• Solo travelers are welcome to join the tour.

• Staff holding a "Hankyu Travel / Trapics" sign (either a board or a flag) will be waiting at the meeting location. Please check the tour route name and show your name to the staff during check-in. Be sure to gather with your group members before checking in. If there are any changes to your group on the day, please notify the staff.

• No tour guide will accompany the group. A tour escort will be present for schedule and time management purposes only. According to Japanese law, the escort is not allowed to stand or make announcements during the bus ride. The escort does not provide sightseeing commentary.

• Since this is a group tour, depending on bus seat configuration and reservation status, members of the same group may be seated in different rows. We will not accept seating requests, and seat selection is not available for trains, boats, or buses.

• Children aged 6 and above are charged the same fare as adults. Children aged 3 to under 6 are charged only for the bus seat and do not receive other services.
