• After booking, a PDF e-ticket will be sent to your email.

• During your visit, present the QR code at the entrance of each facility or for ticket redemption.

⚠️ Important Notes

• One-time entry only per facility. Repeat visits to the same facility are not allowed.

• Valid for 270 days from the date of purchase.

  • Example: Purchased on Jan 1 ⇒ Valid until Sep 28.

• After using the first facility, you must use the remaining 2 entries within 7 days.

  • Example: First use on Jul 1 ⇒ Valid until Jul 7.

• If you start using the pass near the end of its 270-day validity, the 7-day countdown will not extend beyond the final expiration date.

  • Example: Purchased Jan 1, used on Sep 27 ⇒ Valid only until Sep 28.

• Unused entries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Only one pass per person per use is allowed.

• Valid for 270 days from the purchase date.

• Once the first facility is used, the remaining entries must be used within 7 days.

• Valid during the festival dates: April 18 to November 9, 2025.

• ❗ Not valid during non-exhibition periods:

  • May 26 to July 31, 2025
