The Uzu-no-Michi is a sea promenade built inside the Onaruto Bridge (under the carriageway) that spans the Naruto Strait. It is exciting to see the whirlpools on the 45-meter-high glass floor. You can enjoy the spectacular scenery while walking on the sea. There are 4 glass floors in the middle of the channel, and it is creepy to see the whirlpools through the glass windows. In order to reduce the impact of wind on the bridge itself, the channel is designed with iron nets on both sides. The observation room at the front of the promenade is a circular structure that makes full use of the beam space. This place is unique in that it is on the sea 45 meters above the land. From here, you can see the Naruto Whirlpool and the roaring rapids with your own eyes through the glass floor. You can see the scenery of the Pacific Ocean on weekdays and the ever-changing scenery of the Seto Inland Sea.
