• This package requires double confirmation. Upon successful payment, our company will submit the reservation request to the resort and confirm the package arrangement. A reply will be provided via email within 3 working days. Final confirmation is subject to the resort's availability. If the booking cannot be confirmed by the hotel, a full refund will be issued.

• Please provide the full name exactly as shown on a valid identification document (ID card or passport) at the time of booking. No changes can be made after confirmation.

• This product is priced per villa.

• All rooms are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited inventory.

• Final room assignment will be based on the resort’s on-site availability. For any special requests, please contact your travel consultant in advance.

• For check-in after 18:00, please inform the resort in advance.

• The resort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or substitute facilities, experiences, or dining services to comply with government health and safety regulations.

• Guests must carry their room key at all times for personal security and to safeguard their belongings.

• Drug use, excessive alcohol consumption, gambling, loud disturbances, and unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited. The resort reserves the right to terminate the stay and claim damages in the event of any violations.

• These terms and conditions are available in English and other languages. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail.

• In case of any dispute, our company reserves the right of final decision regarding all matters related to this promotion.

• These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between the company and the guest using this offer. Pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong), no third party shall have any right to enforce any of these terms.
