  If the minimum number is not met, the tour will be canceled and a cancellation notice will be sent via email 4 days before departure.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for late arrivals.

• Children under 3 years old will not be provided with meals.

• If you wish to change your boarding location, you must notify us by 6:00 PM one day before departure.
  Changes made after this time that result in missed departure will not be eligible for a refund.

• The itinerary is for reference only. It may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, weather, or other circumstances.
  If certain attractions or facilities cannot be visited on the day, no partial refund will be given.

• Arrival at meeting points may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.

• Lunch menu is subject to change depending on the availability of ingredients.

• If your travel schedule includes a flight on the same day, please allow ample time for transfer, as tour delays caused by traffic or weather are possible.

• Large luggage (e.g., suitcases) cannot be brought onto the bus, and no storage service is available.

• If the tour is canceled due to not meeting the minimum group size, the organizer will handle all necessary follow-ups, including rescheduling, changes, or full refund.

• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking.

• A tour leader (Japanese-speaking) will accompany the group. There is no professional tour guide.

• If there are no passengers boarding at a designated stop, the bus will not stop there.
  To change your pickup location, please notify us by 6:00 PM the day before departure.
