[Booking Notes]

• The minimum number of participants is 6. If the number of participants does not meet this requirement, the tour will be canceled and a cancellation email will be sent 3 days before departure.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes early. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.

• Punctuality is strictly required. The bus will not wait for latecomers. No refunds will be issued for missed departures due to personal reasons.

• Eating, drinking, and loud conversations are prohibited on the bus.

• If delayed due to traffic and unable to join the tour, it will be considered as a no-show with no refund.

• No refund will be issued for voluntary withdrawal from the tour midway.

• The itinerary may be adjusted depending on local conditions. If a site is closed due to safety inspections or other reasons, the company is not liable and no refund will be issued.

• Children aged 3 and above will be charged at the adult rate. Children under 36 months can join for free but will not be provided with meals, bus seats, admission tickets, or included activities.

• The Yongjong Island Coastal Rail Bike is based on 4 people per bike. The guide will assign seats based on the number of participants. If you wish to use a 4-person bike independently, please add the designated vehicle surcharge when booking. If not specified, bikes will be arranged based on the number of participants.
