4. Entry Procedure: Real-name system enforced. Present booking code and valid ID at self-service kiosks or ticket counters to obtain snow pass. Entry requires both ID and snow pass.

Full refund available with 1-day advance notice. Same-day cancellation (before ticket collection) incurs 20% fee. No refunds after ticket collection, usage, or expiration. Partial refunds unavailable.

One date change permitted per booking (excludes same-day changes). Not applicable to same-day bookings. New date must be within valid period.
