• Please keep your valuables with you at all times. The shop is not responsible for any loss or damage to customer belongings stored on the premises.

• Please note that there are no lockers available on-site.

• No deposit or documents are required; however, compensation will be charged for any damage to the costumes.

• Baby costumes are not available. Costumes are provided for children approximately 5 years old and above.

• Service hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please be mindful to avoid extra hourly charges.

• Photography service lasts 1 hour. If you require additional time, please inform the store directly. Additional charges will be collected on-site.
