🚗 Important Car Rental Information

4-Day Car Rental (Vitz, YARIS or similar class vehicle)

This product includes a self-drive car rental service in Japan. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please read and follow the terms and conditions below carefully:

Driver Eligibility

At least one person in your group must hold a valid Japanese driving qualification, which includes either of the following:

• A valid Hong Kong SAR driving license plus an International Driving Permit (IDP) recognized by Japan (based on the 1949 Geneva Convention),
  OR

• A valid Japanese driver’s license

Customers are required to present the relevant valid documents when picking up the car. Failure to do so may result in denial of service and be considered a “no-show”. No refund will be issued in such cases.

The rental company and our agency reserve the right to request additional documentation or reject the service based on local regulations. If valid documents cannot be provided as per Japanese law, the customer will bear full responsibility for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Our company will not be liable for any additional costs related to transportation, accommodation, or itinerary changes due to failure to provide valid driving credentials.

• When booking, please provide the full passport name of all travelers, flight information, and a translated copy of the driver’s license (if applicable).

• After payment is completed, an electronic confirmation email will be sent, including the car rental voucher, hotel booking number, and attraction ticket redemption instructions.

• The transfer service is only available between Naha Airport (OKA) and the partner car rental location. Flight information must be provided in advance. If your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

• The package includes one e-ticket each for: Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, Okinawa World, and Shurijo Castle Park. You must present the voucher on-site for entry.

• Please check the official websites of the attractions in advance for their opening dates and hours.

• Attraction tickets are valid during your travel dates only. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Some exhibits or activities may require additional tickets.

• In the case of trip interruption due to natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), unused services will not be compensated. It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
