• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. Late arrivals or absentees will not be waited for, and no refunds will be issued.

• If using Line/WeChat, please enable friend invitations and allow messages from strangers, and ensure your ID is correct. The company will not be responsible or provide refunds if communication issues affect the itinerary.

Pricing Notes

• The tour price includes local driver/guide tips, accommodation, admission tickets, some meals, and round-trip transportation.

• Minimum group size per tour is 6 people. If the minimum is not met and a private tour is requested, additional fees will apply.

• Single travelers must pay a single-room supplement per night.

• Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult fare. Children under 36 months are free of charge (no accommodation bed, meals, bus seat, or admission tickets provided).

Travel Notes

• Regular rainy weather does not affect the itinerary. In case of natural disasters preventing departure, customers may reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

• Autumn foliage conditions depend on weather. The departure dates are set for the best viewing period; however, if foliage is not ideal on the day of travel, the company is not responsible and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Important Notes:

1. Departure dates: October 25 – November 25, 2025, every Tuesday and Thursday.

2. Children aged 3 and above are charged the adult fare. Children under 36 months are free of charge. (Complimentary children will not be provided with accommodation beds, meals, bus seats, admission tickets, or other experiences.)

3. For single travelers, a single-room supplement will be required per night.

4. Room arrangement: (Room types cannot be specified and are subject to the allocation by Ujuk Hanok Village on the day of check-in.)

   • 3 guests: 1 Standard Room

   • 4 guests: 1 Standard Pavilion Room or 2 Standard Rooms

   • 5 guests: 2 Standard Rooms

   • 6 guests: 1 Standard Pavilion Room + 1 Standard Room

5. Autumn foliage conditions are subject to weather changes. The departure dates fall within the best viewing period; however, if the foliage is not at its peak on the day of travel, the company will not be held responsible and no refund or compensation will be provided.

6. Travel insurance is not included. The company bears no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or fatalities caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are strongly advised to purchase appropriate insurance in advance.

7. The itinerary may be adjusted according to local circumstances. If attractions are temporarily closed or undergo safety inspections, the company will not be responsible or provide refunds.

Booking Confirmation:

This product requires double confirmation. Within 48 hours after your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email—please check your inbox promptly.
If the minimum group size is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 5 days before departure.
If you do not receive the email within the specified timeframe (either in your inbox or spam folder), please contact our travel consultant via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

How to Use:

Please present either a printed voucher or an electronic voucher on your mobile phone upon participation.
