Ibuki Ski Resort (GRANSNOW Ibuki)
The largest ski resort in the Osaka and Kyoto area. Famous for its excellent snow quality and heavy snowfall, it offers both skiing and snowboarding fun. From the 360-degree panoramic observation deck, you can admire the vast Lake Biwa and the Northern Alps. Facilities include a relaxing Lounge Area, as well as moving walkways for easy access, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable time.

Reservation Notes

• Minimum group size is 6 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. A cancellation email will be sent 4 days prior to departure.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delays in the itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for.

• The bus will depart on time. Please make sure to follow the boarding time. We are not responsible for late arrivals.

• If certain facilities are closed or restricted, the itinerary may arrive earlier at the next destination or end earlier. Thank you for your understanding.

• Due to traffic congestion or poor weather, itinerary adjustments may occur. Please be aware.

• In the case of natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, the tour may be canceled. Please confirm the departure status with us in such cases.

• Visiting times at each attraction may vary depending on road traffic or the number of participants on the day.

• If you miss the tour due to traffic delays or personal reasons, it will be considered a self-cancellation with no refund.

• No refunds will be given for voluntarily abandoning the tour midway.

• During public holidays, traffic congestion may cause the tour to end later than scheduled. In the event of unavoidable delays requiring guests to take taxis or stay overnight, additional costs will not be covered.

• Bus seats cannot be reserved. Smoking is prohibited on board, and there is no restroom available.

• The tour fee does not include ski equipment rental. Equipment can be rented on-site at standard facility rates.

• Depending on the number of participants, a smaller bus or vehicle may be used. The driver may also act as the guide. Unless necessary, staff will not proactively contact guests.

• The tour leader is not a professional guide and will not provide detailed commentary. Only simple introductions of each stop will be given. Thank you for your understanding.

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a cancellation notice will be sent 4 days before departure.
