Tour Details

• Age Requirement: 3 years and above (children under 3 cannot participate)

• Package Includes: Round-trip bus, one-day lift ticket, ski/snowboard rental

• 06:50 – Gather at Shinjuku Metropolitan Government Large Bus Parking Lot

• 07:10 – Departure

• 11:40 – Arrival at the ski resort (free time; if equipment rental is needed, please visit the rental shop)

• 17:30 – Return bus departs from ski resort (Sunday 17:00)

• 21:30 – Arrival and dismissal around Shinjuku West Exit (Please note: departure and arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions)

Rental Damage Fee

Some rental shops may charge a separate damage fee. In case of damage or loss of rental items, this fee covers part of the repair and compensation costs. It works like insurance, allowing you to enjoy the equipment with peace of mind.

Example:

• Rental boards, clothing, etc.: JPY 500 per day

• One-time charge (non-refundable even if issues occur upon return)

The exact fee and collection method depend on the rental item and rental shop. Please confirm the details on-site and pay directly at the rental shop. Some shops accept cash only, so it is recommended to prepare cash in advance.

Rental Information

• Rental Shop: Ryuo Park Hotel

• Rental Set Includes: Ski or snowboard set, ski jacket and pants, gloves, hat, goggles (3-piece set)

• On the day of the activity, you will pay the damage waiver fee (one-time insurance) at the rental shop.

• Adult rental only. Children’s rental must be applied for and paid on-site.

• Please make your way to the rental shop by yourself.

Reservation Notes

• The minimum number of participants is 15. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. A cancellation email will be sent 3 days prior to departure.

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point 20 minutes in advance. To avoid delays, the bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.

• Local staff speak Japanese only.

• Skis and snowboards can be loaded onto the bus or placed in the rear trunk free of charge.

• Due to snowfall and weather conditions, opening hours may be shortened or certain lifts may be closed. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

• For one-day tours departing in the morning, arrival at the destination may be delayed due to congestion at the meeting point, traffic jams, accidents, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time arrival, nor can we compensate for reduced stay time or skiing time at the destination.

• Unused lift tickets due to customer reasons are non-refundable.

• Children under 3 years old are not allowed to participate.

• On the day of rental, the rental shop may charge a damage waiver fee (equivalent to one-time insurance) for the equipment.

Confirmation Details

• This product requires double confirmation. After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your inbox in time.

• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation email will be sent 3 days prior to departure.

How to Use
