Note:
Discounted Taoyuan Airport MRT tickets are valid for travel between A13 (Airport Terminal 2) and A1 (Taipei Main Station), with boarding and alighting permitted at any station along the line.

Please prepare two valid identification documents for ticket redemption, as follows:

1. Mainland China / Hong Kong / Macau Travelers:

   • Passport

   • Taiwan Entry Permit

   • Taiwan Resident Certificate (if applicable)

2. Taiwan Travelers:

   • Passport

   • National Health Insurance Card

   • Taiwan National ID Card

   • Driver’s License

3. Other Foreign Nationals:

   • Passport

   • Visa

   • APEC Business Travel Card

   • Taiwan Resident Certificate (if applicable)

Please note the Easytour (易飛網) counter service hours:

• Terminal 1: 07:00 – 23:00

• Terminal 2: 07:00 – 23:00

• Taipei Main Station (A1) Easytour Counter: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Please check and confirm your items at the counter upon collection.
Easytour will not be responsible for any issues after you leave the counter, so please review carefully before departure.

Reservation Notes

• This is a non-personalized product.

• The souvenir exchange voucher is a complimentary gift and non-refundable.

• The single-journey token will be collected automatically by the fare gate upon exiting the station.

• Children under 6 years old may ride for free (those 115 cm or taller must present identification). Each adult may accompany up to two children; additional children require separate tickets.

• Please keep your token carefully — lost tokens cannot be reissued.

• Please present your voucher to redeem your token (1 token for a one-way ticket / 2 tokens for a round-trip ticket). Tokens must be used within one month after redemption; expired tokens will not be accepted.

• If your token malfunctions, please bring it to any Taoyuan Airport MRT service counter for assistance.

• Each passport can be used to redeem only one set of one-way or round-trip tickets. If you purchased multiple sets, you must provide the corresponding number of passports.

• Redemption must be done in person by showing a valid foreign identification document, such as a passport, entry visa, overseas ID, or other proof of foreign status.

• Taoyuan Airport MRT tickets are valid only between Taipei Main Station and Taoyuan Airport stations, including all intermediate stops.

• Please use the same token to enter and exit the station. If you are unable to enter or exit due to personal error, a new ticket will not be reissued, and the final decision rests with station staff.
