Activity Information

All Eurail Passes are electronic tickets; no paper ticket exchange is required.

Booking Confirmation:

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 3–4 working days. Please check your email inbox in time.

  • If you do not receive the email within the stated timeframe (including checking your junk/spam folder), please contact our travel consultants via email or call us at +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

Included in the Price:

  • Eurail Global Pass (flexible use)

  • Options: 4/5/7 travel days (valid for 1 month); 10/15 travel days (valid for 2 months)

How to Use:

  1. After receiving the confirmation email, please verify that the personal details on your pass are correct.

  2. Within 11 months of issuance, activate your pass in the Rail Planner App to begin your European rail journey.

  3. Once activated, you can make seat reservations through the Rail Planner App. Please refer to the Seat Reservation Guide for details.

Using the e-Pass:
Download the official Eurail/Interrail Rail Planner app to easily activate and manage your pass.

About Seat Reservations:

  • Seat reservations are mandatory on most high-speed, scenic, night, and international trains. Local and regional trains usually do not require reservations.

  • Reservations come with an extra cost.

  • For reservations, please follow the Seat Reservation Guide and book directly via the Rail Planner App.

Important Notes:

  • This pass is only available for non-European residents.

  • The name provided at booking must match your passport.

  • If travelling with children aged 0–11, their details must be entered in the “Special Remarks” field on the booking page.

1. Ticket Information:

  • Senior Pass: 60 years and above

  • Youth Pass: 12–27 years

  • Child Pass: 0–11 years

  • Each adult may bring up to 2 children aged 0–11 free of charge. From the 3rd child onwards, a Youth Pass must be purchased.

  • Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult with a valid Adult Pass.

  • The following details of children (0–11 years) must be specified in the “Special Remarks” field on the booking page. No changes can be made after ticket issuance:

    • Full name in English

    • Date of birth

    • Nationality

    • Passport number

2. Coverage:
Valid in 33 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
You may take regional trains, scenic trains, night trains, high-speed trains, and more to explore Europe. Please check eligible train types/public transport for details.

Refund & Exchange Policy:

  • Once the pass has been activated, it is non-refundable.

  • If the pass has not been activated, you may request a refund by replying to the confirmation email and contacting our Customer Service.

  • Refund requests must be submitted before activation. A cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value will be charged by the supplier, plus HK$150 per pass as our handling fee.

  • Refund approval is subject to RailEurope’s refund policy.
