Confirmation:

• After successful booking, the voucher will be sent to your email address within 48 hours only after you provide the location and time for picking you up. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled without prior notice.
• If you do not receive a confirmation email in the inbox or in the junk mail box within the specified time limit, please contact customer service via email as soon as possible.

The fee includes:

• 9-seater van airport to hotel and/or hotel to private transfer service
• Mandarin speaking driver
• Tipping
• Insurance

The fee does not include:

• Other services not listed in the Fare included section

Precautions:

• 9-seater van maximum up to 7 guests
• Within 10 hours used per day
• Start from Taipei and back to Taipei
• Overtime charge: 15-30mins NT$300, 30-60mins NT$500
• Special travel point: Sheipa, Lalashan, Mingchi, Alishan, Taipingshan, Wuling, Fushoushan, Kenting, Hualien to Cingjing
• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
