Asia's first and Japan's first "Moomin Valley Park (ムーミンバレーパーク)" officially opened on March 16, 2019 in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. MOOMINVALLEY PARK Ticket & Travel Pass includes tram, bus and Moomin theme park tickets, and is recommended for travelers who want to go to Moomin theme park. You can ride the Seibu Line as many times as you like for one day, so you can enjoy not only the Moomin theme park, but also sightseeing spots along the Seibu Line.

Instructions for use

• On the day of your visit, please go to the Seibu Ikebukuro Tourist Information Center and present the QR code to scan the ticket.

• Ticket exchange location: Outside the ticket gate at the East Exit on the first floor of Seibu Railway Ikebukuro Station (opposite the limited express ticket window‧1-28-1 Minamiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo)

Important reminder

• Passports or residence permits of all passengers must be presented when exchanging tickets.
• Passport photocopies, photos, or residence permits can also be presented.
• Change/Cancellation: Tickets cannot be changed or canceled at the ticket exchange location.
• The validity period of the ticket is within 2 weeks after redemption
