  • Hotel: Based on the hotels listed in the itinerary or equivalent, with a standard of two persons sharing one room. Single room supplement applies for one person occupying one room.

Booking Notes

Registration Notes
  • • This product requires double confirmation. Upon successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the tour cannot be formed, notification will be sent via email or phone call before departure.
  • • All guests joining this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance; guests may purchase travel insurance through our agency or provide valid proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to deny the guest's departure.
  • • If the number of tour participants is odd, guests must pay the single room supplement. If guests are unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they will automatically forfeit half a room, allowing three persons to share a room (primarily based on two single beds).
  • • If the tour group has fewer than 10 participants, there is a possibility of departing without a Hong Kong tour escort. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
  • • This tour does not include a pre-departure briefing.
  • • For the above itinerary prices, please refer to the website or inquire with our counter staff. The confirmed tour fee is subject to the quotation at the time of booking. Peak season surcharges will be notified separately.

Cancellation Policy
  • • No changes or refunds are allowed after successful booking.
  • • If the Tour is cancelled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified in the directive issued by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to change to another date and receive a full refund of the tour fee.
  • • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other levied service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant authority on the day of ticket issuance. The company will refund any overcharged difference to the guest or recover any increased difference due to foreign exchange fluctuations from the customer, which must be settled before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
  • • The company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to cancelling/shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with transportation, temporary schedule or timetable changes by the carrier, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel. Provided the company notifies guests in a timely manner, the company shall not bear any responsibility.
Document Requirements
  • • 【Traveling to Mainland China】
  • • Entry into China requires a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (Home Visit Permit) or a valid Chinese visa for foreign passport holders. Therefore, guests must ensure the validity of their personal documents; otherwise, entry may be denied.
  • • 【Traveling to Other Regions】
  • • Guests must present valid travel documents and identification. The travel document must be valid for more than six months from the return date of the tour. Any losses incurred due to invalid documents preventing entry or exit will be borne by the guests.
  • • 【Visa Information】
  • • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure. Otherwise, the airline has the right to deny boarding, and local immigration authorities may refuse entry. The company assumes no responsibility for the aforementioned situations.
  • • All foreign passport holders (without a Hong Kong ID card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.
Special Notes
  • • Passengers must obtain a stamped receipt to be eligible for protection under the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund." Please inquire with the counter staff regarding the stamp duty amount.
  • • Seasonal activities listed in the itinerary (e.g., flower viewing, snow viewing, autumn foliage viewing, or bird watching) are subject to arrangements based on the prevailing environment, weather, and timing. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, viewing opportunities may not be available, and no refunds will be provided.
  • • Changes to the itinerary sequence, meals, and accommodation are subject to the arrangements of the local ground handler and will not be announced separately.
  • • For local entry quarantine information, please refer to the relevant requirements issued by the local government and make necessary preparations in advance.
