Registration Notes
- • This product requires double confirmation. Upon successful payment, our company will process the order immediately. If the tour fails to form, notification will be sent via email or phone call before departure.
- • All guests participating in this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance. Guests may purchase travel insurance through our agency or provide valid proof of insurance at least 14 days before departure. Otherwise, our company reserves the right to deny the guest's departure.
- • If the number of tour participants is odd, the guest must pay the single room supplement. If the guest is unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they will automatically forfeit half a room, allowing three persons to share a room (primarily based on two single beds).
- • If the tour group has fewer than 10 participants, there is a possibility of departure without a Hong Kong tour escort. Guests may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
- • This tour does not include a pre-departure briefing.
- • For the above itinerary prices, please refer to the website or inquire with our counter staff. The confirmed tour fee is subject to the quotation at the time of booking. Surcharges during peak seasons will be notified separately.

Cancellation Policy
- • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed.
- • If the Tour is cancelled for any reason before departure, guests will be notified according to the date specified in the instructions issued by the Travel Industry Authority. Guests may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund of the tour fee.
- • Fuel surcharges, taxes, or other service fees are subject to the final announcement by the airline or relevant authorities on the day of ticket issuance. The company will refund any overcharged amount to guests or collect any additional amount due to foreign exchange fluctuations from guests, which must be paid before departure. Guests may not object or withdraw for any reason.
- • The company reserves the right to take any reasonable action, including but not limited to cancelling/shortening the itinerary, due to war, political unrest, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, adverse weather, technical issues with transport vehicles, temporary changes to schedules or timetables by carriers, strikes and industrial actions, travel warnings issued by the destination government/World Health Organization, red/black outbound travel alerts issued by the Hong Kong SAR Government, and other circumstances beyond the industry's control that adversely affect travel, provided that the company notifies guests in a timely manner. The company will not be held liable.
Document Requirements
- • 【Travel to Mainland China】
- • Entry into China requires a valid Home Visit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents (Home Return Permit) or a valid Chinese visa for foreign passport holders. Therefore, guests must ensure the validity of their personal documents; otherwise, they may be denied entry.
- • 【Travel to Other Regions】
- • Guests must present valid travel documents and identification. The travel document must be valid for more than six months from the return date of the tour. Any losses incurred due to invalid documents preventing entry or exit shall be borne by the guests themselves.
- • 【Visa Information】
- • If a visa is required for the destination, guests must bring a valid entry visa for departure. Otherwise, the airline has the right to refuse boarding, and local immigration authorities may deny entry. Our company assumes no responsibility for the aforementioned situations.
- • All foreign passport holders (without a Hong Kong ID card) must bring a return ticket to their country of origin for departure; otherwise, the airline may refuse boarding for the return flight to Hong Kong.

- • Passengers must obtain a stamped receipt to be eligible for protection under the "Travel Industry Compensation Fund." Please inquire with the counter staff regarding the stamp duty amount.
- • Seasonal activities listed in the itinerary (e.g., flower viewing, snow viewing, autumn foliage viewing, or bird watching) are subject to arrangements based on the prevailing environment, weather, and timing.
