• This product requires two confirmations. The Company processes the order as soon as payment succeeds; if the tour is confirmed, we reply by email, and if it cannot proceed we notify you by email or telephone 7 days before departure
• If the tour is cancelled before departure for any reason, we reply 7 days beforehand, and customers may choose to change to another date or to receive a full refund of the tour fare

• The fee includes:
• * Air tickets: return group economy class.
• * Hotel: as listed in the itinerary or equivalent, based on two people sharing a room. The single room supplement applies where one person occupies a room.
• * Meals: the group meals listed in the itinerary; meals provided by the transport operator are subject to that operator's final arrangement.
• * Transport: air-conditioned coaches; heating and cooling are operated in line with local regulations.
• * Sightseeing: each item is based on the sightseeing programme and admission fees listed in the itinerary.
• * The infant charge covers only the transport provider's ticketing fee, and does not include a seat on the aircraft or vehicle, hotel or cruise accommodation, meals, or any other arrangement occupying a seat.
• * The Hong Kong Travel Industry Authority levy.
•
• The fee does not include:
• * Travel documents and entry visa fees for each country.
• * Airport taxes and specified taxes: HK$900 for adults and HK$680 for children. (From 1 October this becomes HK$980 for adults and HK$760 for children.) Should the fuel surcharge be adjusted, customers must pay the difference.
• * Service charges for the tour leader, guide and driver for the whole tour: HK$1,040 for 8 days, collected locally before the end of the itinerary.
• * Excess baggage charges.
• * Sightseeing not listed in the itinerary.
• * Additional costs arising from traffic delays, strikes, typhoons or other unforeseen events beyond the Company's control.
• * Comprehensive travel insurance.
•
• Points to note:
• * The Hong Kong Travel Industry Authority (TIA) advises travellers to take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure. Every customer joining this tour must hold valid comprehensive travel insurance; customers may buy travel insurance through the Company or provide valid proof of cover, failing which the Company reserves the right to decline the enrolment.
• * Please see the website or ask counter staff for the itinerary prices above; the exact tour fare is the one confirmed at enrolment. Peak season increases are notified separately.
• * For local entry and quarantine information, please follow the requirements announced by the local government and prepare in good time.
•
• How to use:
• * Present valid proof of identity and the printed receipt, or the e-receipt on your mobile phone, when taking part
• * Assembly details: please arrive at the assembly point at least 15 minutes early; latecomers will not be waited for
• * If you arrive early, please wait patiently at the relevant assembly point
•
• Refund and change terms:
• * Bookings cannot be refunded or changed once confirmed
• * The tour fare excludes airport taxes, fuel surcharges, the Hong Kong Airport Construction Fee, the Airport Passenger Security Charge and the Company's administrative fees. Should the airline revise any of the above surcharges, the Company will recover or refund the difference from or to customers.
• * Customers enrolling alone, or in a group with an odd number of participants such as 1, 3 or 5, must pay a single room supplement of HK$2,000.
• * All bookings with an odd number of participants may request that a triple room be attempted. A triple room is defined as two single beds or one double bed, plus one single bed, rollaway bed or sofa bed.
• * If the Company is ultimately unable to arrange a triple room, or a particular local hotel does not offer triple rooms, customers may choose: I) the 3rd customer, or the customer left over from an odd number, pays the single room supplement and occupies a single room. The Company will not arrange for customers to share a room with other customers of the same gender, and customers may not object or withdraw on these grounds. II) If the 3rd customer, or the customer left over from an odd number, is unwilling to pay the single room supplement, they must give up half a room, i.e. 3 customers occupy a twin room (normally with two single beds), and customers may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
• * The child rate applies to children under 12 years of age not occupying a bed and with no extra bed. A maximum of 2 children (without a bed or extra bed) may be arranged per room, and they must share the room with 2 adults. A child under 12 who requires a bed or an extra bed is charged at the adult rate.
• * The products and services of the shops included in the itinerary are not provided by the Company. Customers must therefore satisfy themselves as to price and the quality of the product or service before deciding to buy. If you are dissatisfied after a purchase, you may first raise the matter with the tour guide, or return the goods completely unused and in intact packaging to the Company within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the Company will pass them to the shop concerned on your behalf. Please retain the original receipt. Whether a full refund can be arranged is at the sole discretion of the shop concerned.
• * The flight details, transport and hotel grades listed on the itinerary may vary according to the departure date. Should such changes occur after enrolment, the Company will notify customers individually.
• * The order of the itinerary, meals and accommodation is for reference only and is subject to the arrangements of the local operator.
• * If an attraction or restaurant listed on the itinerary leaflet cannot be visited because it is closed or not operating due to special circumstances (a public holiday or full capacity), the Company will make special arrangements to substitute it. If this becomes known before departure, a dedicated colleague will notify enrolled customers individually, and customers may not use this as grounds to withdraw from the tour.
• * The hotels listed in the itinerary are for reference only. They will be confirmed once departure and the final headcount are certain, and the tour leader will advise customers before departure.
• * The Company's tour fares are set on the basis of the international exchange rates prevailing at the time. In the event of substantial currency fluctuations, the Company reserves the right to adjust the fare before departure. Customers who decline to pay will have their booking cancelled and all payments refunded in full.
• * To protect consumer rights, please read the "Tour Enrolment and Liability Terms" carefully. Customers may request a copy from branch staff or refer to the liability terms on the reverse of the receipt, and may download the latest version from the Travel Expert website (http://texpert.com/).
• * Where enrolment is made through the hotline centre, or where the Company notifies travellers of itinerary details by telephone, all conversations may be recorded and used for future reference.
• * The Company reserves the right to merge tours.
• * Under airline rules, if you choose not to take one flight sector after departure, the remaining sectors (seats) are cancelled automatically. Customers wishing to make such a change must therefore apply to the Company at least 15 days before departure.
• * The images above are for reference only.
• * Whether the tour proceeds depends on external factors falling into place, such as air tickets and hotels.
• * If the group has fewer than 10 participants, it may depart without a Hong Kong tour leader, and customers may not object or withdraw on these grounds.
• * This tour does not include a tea gathering.
