[Meeting Information]

• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The bus will not wait for late or absent guests, and no refunds will be issued.

• We will contact guests via WhatsApp / Line / WeChat / email regarding updates or changes. Please ensure your personal information is accurate.

• If using Line / WeChat, please allow friend requests and messages from strangers, and make sure your ID is correct. We are not responsible for any issues or missed arrangements caused by failure to contact due to these conditions.

[Pricing Information]

• Holiday surcharges apply for Dec 24–27, 2025; Dec 31, 2025; Jan 1–3, 2026; Feb 13–17, 2026.

• Tour fees include local driver/guide tips, tickets listed in the itinerary, resort breakfast, and round-trip transportation.

• Minimum group size is 1 person per tour, with a maximum of 42 participants per departure. If the minimum is not met and a private tour is requested, additional fees will apply.

• Single travelers will be charged a single-room supplement per night.

• Minimum ski equipment sizes:

  • Ski: foot length 17 cm

  • Snowboard: foot length 21 cm
    Children under 3 years old may check with the guide on-site to see if equipment fits; payment can be made then.

• Child pricing applies for ages 3–11. Ages 12 and above are charged adult rates. Children under 36 months are free. (Free children will not be provided meals, bus seats, or admission tickets.)

• All rental equipment must be carefully maintained. Loss or damage will be charged at full price. (Lost goggles: KRW 30,000 per pair)

[Travel Notes]

• Normal rain does not affect the tour. In case of natural disasters preventing departure, you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund.

• Room arrangements at SONO Ski Resort: specific building/room types cannot be requested; arrangements are made by the resort on the day. Please note any special requirements.

  • 2–3 guests: Family Room

  • 4–5 guests: Suite Room

  • Building A: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms

  • Building B: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 2 bathrooms

  • Building C: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 bathroom

• Skiers must wear ski clothing and equipment to enter the slopes. Free children or non-skiers without equipment must wait outside.

• One ski instructor supervises 15–17 students maximum.

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to local conditions. If sites are closed or safety checks occur, we are not responsible for refunds.

• Personal travel insurance is not included. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Guests should assess their own health and ability before participating. The company is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by force majeure or unpredictable events.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point. The bus will not wait.

• Due to frequent traffic congestion in Korea, we strongly recommend not joining a one-day tour on the first day of arrival or the last day before departure, to avoid missing the meeting or flights.
