• Double Confirmation Required: After successful payment, we will submit the booking request to the hotel for package confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 business days, subject to final hotel approval. If the booking is not confirmed by the hotel, a full refund will be issued.

• Name Accuracy: Please provide a name that matches your valid identification document (ID card/passport). No changes can be made after confirmation.

• Room Booking Basis: This product is priced per room.

• Limited Availability: Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once fully booked, no additional rooms will be available.

• Room Type & Bed Arrangement: Subject to hotel's on-site arrangement.

• Late Check-in Notice: If you anticipate a late check-in, please notify the hotel in advance.

• Hotel Service Rights: The hotel reserves the right to adjust or suspend certain facilities, experiences, or dining services in compliance with government health regulations.

• Personal Belongings: Guests must carry their room key at all times to ensure the security of their belongings.

• Prohibited Activities: Drug use, excessive drinking, gambling, loud noise, disturbances, and illegal activities are strictly forbidden. Any violations may result in termination of the stay without refund and possible compensation claims by the hotel.

• Final Decision: In case of any dispute, the company reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.

• Agreement Compliance: These terms constitute an agreement between the company and guests using this package. Third parties not included in this agreement have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Hong Kong Laws).

• No Refunds or Changes: Once confirmed, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be allowed.
