Every year, this grand fireworks festival attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors. Top-tier fireworks artisans from across Japan compete in Ōmagari for the prestigious title of Japan’s No.1 Fireworks Master.

Day 1

📍 Meeting Time: 40 minutes before Shinkansen departure
🚅 Depart from Tokyo Station or Ueno Station (9:40–11:42 AM) | Omiya Station (10:25–12:01 PM)

Participation Requirements

• A minimum of two travelers aged 12 and above is required for registration.

Important Notes

• This tour is a local Japanese bus tour and will be conducted alongside Japanese travelers. Important notices will be provided in both Chinese and English in written form.
• The tour escort only speaks Japanese but will carry a tablet with translation functions. In case of an emergency, you can seek assistance from the tour escort.

Regarding Unconfirmed Tours

• If the tour is canceled, an email notification will be sent four days before departure.

• The final itinerary (including meeting points, time schedule, and accommodation details) will be sent via email 5 to 7 days before departure.

• The tour escort or staff will hold a signboard labeled "Hankyu Travel/Trapics" (or a flag). Please check your route name carefully and provide your name for check-in.

• Please gather with your companions before checking in. If there are any changes in the participants on the departure day, inform the staff immediately.

• This tour does not include a tour guide—only a tour escort will accompany the group. The tour escort is responsible for managing the schedule and timing but will not provide guided explanations at sightseeing spots.

• In accordance with Japanese law, the tour escort is not allowed to stand and explain during bus travel.

• As this is a group tour, bus seat arrangements may result in members of the same group sitting separately (front or back rows). Seat selection is not available for trains, ferries, or buses.

• Children aged 6 and above will be charged the same rate as adults.

• The tour itinerary and meeting point details will be provided only in English after booking confirmation. Printed itineraries are not available on the departure day, so please save a screenshot on your phone or print it in advance.

About the Ōmagari National Fireworks Competition

• The event may be canceled or modified based on government or local authority directives.

• If an extra train is required, the meeting point will be changed to Ueno Station.

• Daytime fireworks competitions may not be viewable due to transportation or traffic conditions on the day.

• The event will proceed in light rain, and the tour will operate as scheduled. However, in the case of severe weather (such as heavy rain), the event may be canceled or postponed.

• Since the official announcement will only be made on the day, the tour will be considered as operating normally. No refunds will be provided for fireworks viewing tickets.

• Traffic control measures will be in place when leaving the fireworks venue, which may result in long waiting times on the bus before departure from the parking lot. (Depending on the situation, the departure time may exceed midnight.)

• Arrival time at the hotel will depend on traffic conditions on the day.

• Participants will need to walk from the parking area to the viewing area, which may take up to 80 minutes.

• Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended. Please consider this before booking.

• Fireworks viewing seats are picnic mat seats only and cannot be changed.

• Requests regarding seating arrangements (seat location or type) will not be accepted before departure. Seating arrangements will be assigned by the tour escort on the day.

Booking Confirmation

• This product requires two-step confirmation.
• After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Please check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) in a timely manner.
• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation email will be sent four days before departure.
• If you do not receive the confirmation email within the specified timeframe, please contact our travel consultant via email or call +852 2152-3599 during office hours.

How to Use

• Participants must present a printed voucher or an electronic voucher on their mobile devices.
• Meeting details: Please arrive at the meeting location at least 15 minutes in advance.
• If you arrive early, please wait patiently near the designated location.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellations or modifications are allowed after a successful booking.
